MEANINGMEANING•

• Defined as the relationship between the managementand the employees of an organisation.

• ILO- “ Industrial relations deal with either the

relationships between the state and employers andworkers organisations or the relations between theorganisations themselves”

• Facilitates harmonious relationships in an organisation  by setting a framework for the management and theemployees.

• Each party looks at other with suspicion

and little regard.• Lack of trust, honest and neither party

consideres the other trustworthy.

increase the disharmony.
