• First official apprentice taken on in 1999
• Since 2009, usually take on one (sometimes two) apprentices per year, next to be offered to June 2016 school leavers
• Currently employ five apprentices (3 accounts and 2 admin) in an office of 53 staff members

Bennett Verby Apprentice Scheme
• 100% retention of apprentices for a minimum 3 years after completion
• Any leavers following this have always been for a promotion in the same industry
• 100% success rate in qualifications
• Apprentices are then entered into our ACCA exam programme for further qualifications
