Greater Shiloh Baptist Church 609 North Bowman Avenue

Danville, Il 61832 Presents: 16th Year

“Lord, Show

Us Where We Are Going”

“Enlarge Our

Territory”

“Survey The Land…..”

For sixteen years, beginning April 14, 2002, Pastor and Sister Williams have been

serving Greater Shiloh on a journey of Faith. Pastor Williams has never wavered,

always denying himself, his family, his time; always saying, “Trust God, He will

Provide”. Pastor Williams shows leadership in how to sacrifice, how to trust God,

how to wait on God to move.

Pastor Williams leads by example, he leads by the Spirit and always, says, “let’s

see what the Bible has to say”; then he says, “I have scripture to back it up”!

Pastor Williams tells us that “Shiloh is to Expect The Expected” and shows that

God is able to use us to get the Ministry where God wants it to be. He says,

“Lord, show me where I’m going”, Amen!

Not only attending to Greater Shiloh, he serves as Treasurer for Wood River

Baptist District Association for over 24 years and previously served as the 1st

Vice President of Baptist General State Convention of Il., Inc., for six years and

now serves since 2014 as the General Secretary of Baptist General State

Convention of Il., among other affiliates. We the Pastoral Ministry want all to

know, Pastor & Sister U. Pete Williams have given us “Leadership by Expecting

the Expected through Faithful Sacrifice and

Service”.

Sister Williams is always by his side, assisting all,

tutoring youth, teaching the Women’s Class,

teaching in Wood River and Baptist General State

Convention of IL. Sister Williams leads by

example and exhibits the Proverbs 31 and Titus

Women.

Many Thanks

Thank you Shiloh and thanks to our guests, one and all, for sharing with us in our

Pastor’s Sixteenth Appreciation Celebration. Pastor Timothy Shaw, we thank you for

taking the time out of your busy schedule to be in our midst. Without your loving kind-

ness and support, this would not have been possible.

Thanks for gracing us with your kindness and presence. To our program partici-

pants: Our hearts have been warmed by your service, dedication and personal sacrifice;

we thank you.

To the Pastoral Committee, Volunteers & Church Ministry’s: You have labored

with us, brought and provided substance for us, we have truly been blessed; thank you

all. God bless you and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

To The Greater Shiloh Family & all the members of this Great Body of Christ:

We can never thank you enough for your faithfulness. You have shown your love to our

Pastor and First Lady, Sis. Williams by your participation, sacrifice and your presence.

May God continue His Blessings upon you and may He forever keep you.

In Christian Love,
