Terms & Conditions.1. TA/DA is not allowed to anyone.2. Charge reports should be submitted to all concerned.3. Appointment is purely on temporary & contract basis, initially for one year

wef. 01.03.2017 to 28.02.2018.4. They should not be handed over charge if they exceed 35 years or below 18 years. Age

relaxation casemay be submitted to competent authority.5. Appointment is subject to the condition that the certificates/documents must be verified

from the concerned authorities by the DDO(concerned). If anyone found producing boguscertificate will be reported to the law enforcing agencies for further action.

6. Their services are liable to termination on one month's prior notice from either side. In caseof resignation without notice their one-month pay/allowances shall be forfeited to theGovernment.

7. Paywill not be drawn until and unless a certificate to the effect by DDOs(concerneds) isissued that his/their certificates are verified.

8. They should join their posts within 15 days of the issuance of this notification. In caseoffailure to join their posts within 15 days of the issuanceof this notification theirappointments will expire automatically and no subsequent appeal etc; shall be entertained.

9. Health and age certificate should be produced from the Medical Superintendent concernedbefore taking over charge.

10. They will be governed by such rules and regulations asmay be issued from time to time bythe Government.

11. Their services shall be terminated at any time, in casetheir performance is foundunsatisfactory during their contract period. In case of misconduct, they shall be precededunder the rules framed from time to time.

12. Their appointments are made on school based. They will have to serve at the places ofposting and their services are not transferable to any other station.

13. Before handing over charge once again their documents may be checked if they have notthe required relevant qualifications they may not be handed over charge.

14. If anyone wrong position holder candidate (having low score) was appointed erroneously,his appointment shall be cancelled any time in the best interest of the entitled/rightposition holder candidate.

15. The upper age limit of the candidates at S.No.61,86,93,104 & 105 has been relaxed by thecompetnent authority.
