Assisting families in choosing from accepted schools

A EAS consultant will provide a personalized, comprehensive calendar for independent and/or public school open houses and tours, and will help you plan these tours so you know exactly what to look for and ask about.

If needed, instructions on how to apply for test accommodations for the ISEE, SSAT, SHSAT, or TACHS exams.

Help with creating an application-tracking worksheet and tips on how to ensure guidance counselors are managing letters of recommendation in a timely manner.

Help on all essays and short answer application questions; assistance for parents in editing their personal statements.

Test Prep: with this admissions consulting package, take an additional 10% off any pre-paid test prep tutoring packages you purchase separately (10-hr, or 20-hr).

Advisory Package Comprehensive guidance in narrowing down a student’s prospective middle

or high school list. Up to 7 hours with EAS consultant: in-person counseling, phone calls and

email support through all aspects of the application process. (Interviewing; preparing for open house visits and conversations with guidance counselors; assisting families in choosing from accepted schools.)

Practice (Mock) Interviews



Teaches both parents and students what to do and what not to do during a school interview and highlights different interviewing approaches according to individual schools. Mock interviews typically last one hour each.

Can be included in Full or Focused package hours or can be added on a la carte.
