1. Apply the Flovent™ to the ridge vent using the adhesive side Applying Flovent™ to Ridge Cap ™ Applying Flovent™ to roof 2. When installing be sure to have the screws positioned at edge of the roof cap so the fasteners pass through the Flovent™ When overlapping ridge cap cut the Flovent™ back 12”to 18” 1. Apply Flovent™ to roof with adhesive side directly on the roof. Make sure Flovent™ is pushed down between the ribs. Do not pull tightly when putting down. 2. When installing be sure to have the screws positioned at edge of the roof cap so the fasteners pass through the Flovent™. When overlapping ridge cap make sure Flovent™ splice is not directly by the overlap splice. 3. Fasten the ridge cap with the Flovent™ staying in place by the adhesive. Install the ridge cap per the mfg instructions.
