I am a student of Class ..... in your school/college

With due respect it is stated that I have enrolled in ISP (3 credit hours) and 2 course as a

evening candidate of Masters of Earthquake Engineering.

In view of certain unfortunate happenings, I am not able to register for ISP (3 credit hours). So, I

humbly request you to take a synthetic view and refund my fee paid for ISP (3 credit hours) i.e. Rs.

14000.

I want to request you that kindly cancel my enrolment in ISP and refund my fee which I submitted

to the department of Earthquake Engineering on 14th July, 2015. I shall be highly obliged to you.
