By designing a lightweight, load bearing product with low minimum bend radius Hydrasun has widened support vessel options through reduced crane capacity needs and a minimisation of equipment spreads and deck space requirements.
Compatible with a wide range of well intervention stimulation fluids and chemical dispersants the Interventor hose has no metallic reinforcing components which eliminates corrosion and fatigue issues associated with other flexible pipe options and coiled tubing.
The load carrying capability of Interventor means that subsea service manifolds can be deployed rapidly with minimum crane support and the labour & time
intensive requirement to clamp the service line to a crane wire is completely eliminated.
In emergency response situations Hydrasun’s air transportable rapid deployment system allows the injection of chemical dispersant at source in the quickest possible time. This significantly reduces the environmental impact of oil pollution.
With the industry focus on reducing costs and increasing production and operational efficiency Hydrasun has developed a multi-purpose, rapid deployment system, that supports the enhancement of production performance whilst mitigating Health, Safety and Environmental risks.
