• Apply for user names and password if it's the first time on Studielink

Step 3•Studielink checks personal data

•Applicant receives two e‐mails from Studielink

• Studielink informs that the applicants personal details could not be foudn in the GBA database. However applicant can still use all the functions in Studielink

•Studielink sends a verification code which needs to be entered in Studielink to complete enrolment

Step 5•Registrate at the University of Twente

•To register via Studielink, applicant must use the CROHO code of the bachelor programme to complete enrolment

Step 6•Applicant receives application form via e‐mail

• Form needs to be printed and sent back to the University

Step 7 •Receive letter of Admission when applicant is eligible

•Receives an e‐mail from the Admission Office with a personal Student ID

•Admission Office sends an e‐mail with a link to the Entrance Acceptance form, which has to be fillled out and returned in order to start the registration procedures

•Take care of health insurance, Dutch Bank account etc.

•When documents are approved, applicant receives a letter of acceptance telling he/she is qualified for the program

•Letter of qualification can be used for application scholarships

Payment of tuiton feesStep 5

•Payment is required before applicants are considered to be participants of the program

• After payment of the tuiton fees (either by the applicant or a funding organization) participants will be contacted and admitted to the program

! As demands are high, applicants are advised to apply early 

 

 

Start of online applicationStep 1

•Applicant selects course of choice and starts online application via the register link on the webpage.

•Online application form needs to be confirmed via e‐mail

Creation of personal application pageStep 2

• On the personal application page, the applicant can upload the required documents, fill out further required information

ITC sends an invoice for feesStep 3

•When the application is succesful, ITC will send an invoice for tuiton fees which need to be paid before the start of the course

Final registrationStep 4

•Applicant needs to complete, sign and return the Entrance Acceptance Form
