Click on Create an Account


Fill out the Form

• Fill in the required fields and choose a secure password for your account.


Complete the “My Profile” section


• Select your :

-Major(s)-Minor (if you have one)

-Current Standing

-GPA

• Continue onto the next form when finished.

• Choose countries you are most interested in experiencing!

Current Address


• Your Primary Emergency Contact must be a next of kin.

• Scroll down to fill out the Second Emergency Contact.

Starting an Application


By MajorApplication• Click on Advanced

Search on the tool bar.


By MajorApplication• Choose a major

that is relevant to the courses you would like to take while abroad.

• If you want to take course in more than one academic field (Ex. Psychology and History) be sure to look at listings for both Psychology and History and find a program that will have courses in both areas.

• The "Subjects" pull-down menu can only be utilized if you already choose a major and then the major has various areas listed.


By MajorApplication• Click ‘Apply’ to a

program that interests you.

• Select a country by either clicking on it on the map or drop down menu.



• You will be taken to a page such as this, scroll down to view the programs available.



• Click ‘Apply’ to a program that interests you.


ApplicationClick on ‘ApplicationForm (0/X)’ under your chosen program.

This will link you to the application process for that specific program.


Application

• The link will take you to a page with the documents required for the program. Take the time to fill out each form thoughtfully and thoroughly.


• Completely fill out form and attach documents as pdfs.

• You do not need to waive the right to see the information, however doing so yields more honest results and is preferred by most programs.

• Be sure to also complete the second recommendation form.

• Once you have completed the necessary form(s) for that specific program, your forms will be reviewed and you will be notified as to the next steps in the process.
