I learned from one of your employees that the Department is in need of Municipal Links under the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) in

Alcantra, Romblon. In view therefore of the aforementioned information,

please consider myself as a qualified applicant for the position.

My name is Norman Vincent Fetilo Fallaria, 21 years old, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Adventist University of the Philippines

(AUP), Putting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite. I graduated last March 2013 as a

Dean’s List distinction awardee. I became a Registered Nurse after passing

the Nursing Licensure Examination (NLE) given last June 2 and 3 of the same year with an average rating of 80.20%.

I love to mingle with people and I have developed the passion to lead at an

early age in church as well as in the university where I graduated. Likewise I have been honed to show the compassion to care during my four years in

nursing school.

I am willing to accept for a work assignment anywhere within the province of Romblon particularly in the municipality of Alcantara.
