Vehicles used for operational/work-related needs should, as far as possible, remain permanently within the C- SRA or SRA areas. Parking of privately-owned vehicles in the vicinity of the work site, for personal convenience or otherwise, does not constitute an operational need and does not justify the issuance of a vehicle pass. The vehicle owner should notify his insurance company that the vehicle will be driven on Copenhagen Airport premises. The vehicle pass must comply with the six-month rule and must, as a minimum, be used once every six months for the purposes for which it was issued. The driver of the vehicle must have a valid CPH ID pass as well as a valid access pass. Expired airside vehicle passes, or passes that are no longer needed, must be returned to the ID Card Office.
