I PERSONALLY OWE A LOT TO THIS ORGANIZATION. AFTER SEEING FOR MYSELFHOW MUCH BOTH I AND OTHER PEOPLE HAD GROWN WHEN GIVEN THEOPPORTUNITY, I DECIDED TO START GIVING BACK TO THIS ORGANIZATION BYSTAYING FOR ANOTHER YEAR AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AS PRESIDENT OF THISCOMMITTEE. I WILL WORK HARD TO MAKE SURE THAT MEMBERS AND STUDENTSWILL RECEIVE THE SAME CHANCE THAT I WAS GIVEN, WHILE HAVING FUN INTHE PROCESS!

ORGANIZATION RUN BY STUDENTS AND RECENT GRADUATES OF INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.

• AIESEC IS THE WORLD'S LARGEST STUDENT RUN ORGANIZATION WITH AROUND 70000 MEMBERS IN 127 COUNTRIES. IT'S MEMBERS ARE INTERESTED IN WORLD ISSUES, LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT.

• AIESEC DOES NOT DISCRIMINATE ON THE BASIS OF RACE, COLOUR, GENDER, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, CREED, RELIGION, NATIONAL, ETHNIC ORSOCIAL ORIGIN.

BEING AN AIESEC MEMBERWE ARE A REGISTERED NOT-FOR-PROFIT, VALUE BASED STUDENTRUN BUSINESS ORGANIZATION. WE RECRUIT MEMBERS TO WORK WITHUS TO HELP MAKE AN IMPACT ON STUDENT LEADERSHIPDEVELOPMENT BY ORGANIZING PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIPS ANDVOLUNTEERING EXPERIENCES TO STUDENTS. IN ORDER FOR THEAIESEC EXCHANGE NETWORK TO FUNCTION THERE NEEDS TO BE ALOT OF MEMBERS CONTRIBUTING WITH BOTH INDIVIDUAL ANDCOLLECTIVE EFFORTS.

WE NEED MEMBERS WITH ALL TYPES OF BACKGROUNDS ANDPERSONALITIES TO TAKE CARE OF OUR ORGANIZATIONALACTIVITIES SUCH AS SALES, HR, EXTERNAL RELATIONS, FINANCEETC. RECRUITED MEMBERS ARE GIVEN THE CHANCE TO WORK FOR 6MONTHS OR A FULL YEAR, COMMITTING 5-10 HOURS OF WORK PERWEEK ASIDE FROM THEIR STUDIES. PLEASE NOTE THAT AS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT STUDENT RUN ORGANIZATION WE ARE ONLY PROVIDINGVOLUNTEERING POSITIONS.

OUTGOING EXCHANGETHE OUTGOING EXCHANGE DEPARTMENT IS THE FRONT OFFICE OF AIESEC IN

STOCKHOLM. WE THRIVE IN PROVIDING LIFE CHANGING EXCHANGE EXPERIENCES TO

STUDENTS. THROUGH OUR INTERNATIONAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS STUDENTS WILL

ACQUIRE THE SKILLS AND GLOBAL MINDSET REQUIRED FOR THEM TO DEVELOP THEIR

POTENTIAL AS FUTURE LEADERS TODAY’S WORLD NEEDS.

• CREATING AND IMPLEMENTING PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS ON CAMPUS TO RAISE THE

HIGHEST NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS TO JOIN OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS

• INTERVIEWING AND SELECTING STUDENTS FOR AN INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE

• ASSISTING AND FOLLOWING UP ON SELECTED STUDENTS IN THE INTERNSHIP

INCOMING EXCHANGE

THE ROLE OF THE INCOMING EXCHANGE TEAM IS TWO-FOLD: WE HANDLE

RELATIONS WITH COMPANIES AND UNIVERSITIES, COOPERATING WITH THEM IN

ORDER TO CREATE INTERNSHIP POSITIONS FOR STUDENTS COMING FROM ABROAD.

WE ALSO SELECT CANDIDATES FOR LOCAL INTERNSHIP POSITIONS, AND PROVIDE

CARE FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE SELECTED FOR SUCH INTERNSHIPS.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT:

• RAISING AND MATCHING INTERNSHIP CONTRACTS ( RECRUIT COMPANIES, OR

TRAINEE NOMINEES, IN STOCKHOLM TO HOST INTERNS)

• PREPARATION POST MATCHING (DOCUMENTATION FOR COMPANIES)

• FOLLOW UP (RECEIVE AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK TO COMPANIES)

• HELPING WITH ACCOMMODATIONS FOR INCOMING INTERNS

SALES MANAGERS COLLABORATE WITH THE VICE

PRESIDENT OF INCOMING EXCHANGE TO RAISE AND MATCH

INTERNSHIP CONTRACTS WITH COMPANIES. THEY ARE

RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING POTENTIAL PARTNERS FOR

THE COMMITTEE AND TO CONTACT THE COMPANIES IN

STOCKHOLM. SALES MANAGERS WILL ALSO CONTRIBUTE IN

DEVELOPING STRATEGIES TO ENSURE GROWTH IN

QUANTITY AND QUALITY OF THE EXCHANGES WE PROVIDE

TO STUDENTS. FOR THIS POSITION SPEAKING SWEDISH

IS A MERIT BUT NOT A REQUIREMENT.

Account Managers (3):

Account Managers is the headhunter forincoming interns. They are in charge ofattracting and suggesting potentialcandidates to companies. They are alsothe main responsible of the interns andensuring that they will have the bestexperience possible in Stockholm. Thus,responsibilities such as assistingincoming interns with accommodations,visas and organizing events for theinterns are also those of the AccountManagers.

TALENT MANAGEMENTTHE TALENT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRYING OUT ALL THEPROCEDURES RELATED TO HUMAN RESOURCES AT AIESEC STOCKHOLM. THE TALENTMANAGEMENT TEAM IS IN CHARGE OF MANAGING HUMAN CAPITAL, PROVIDING WITHDEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND TRACKING THE PERFORMANCE OF THE MEMBERS. THEOVERARCHING GOAL OF TALENT MANAGEMENT IS TO ENSURE THE WELL-BEING OF THEMEMBERS, TO PROVIDE WAYS FOR THEM TO ENHANCE THEIR COMPETENCIES, ABILITIESAND LEADERSHIP SKILLS, AS WELL AS TO ENSURE A WELL-FUNCTIONING ENVIRONMENTIN AIESEC STOCKHOLM.

THE TD MANAGER WILL, IN COLLABORATION WITH

THE VPTM AND THE REST OF THE TEAM, BE

RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RECRUITMENT AND

DEVELOPMENT OF THE MEMBERS. THE TD MANAGER

IS EXPECTED TO BE ABLE TO COME UP WITH

DIFFERENT PROJECTS AND IDEAS FOR TEAM

BUILDING ACTIVITIES. THE TD MANAGER WILL,

ALSO, BE IN CHARGE OF FOLLOWING THE

PERFORMANCE AND MOTIVATION OF MEMBERS

Human Resources Manager:

Organization Skills, Planning Skills, Communication Skills

The HR Manager will, in collaboration with the VPTM and the rest of the team, be responsible for organizing meetings, development seminars and activities. The HR Manager will, also, be in charge of developing plans regarding new projects that will be pursued by the team.

THE COMMUNICATION TEAM ACTS AS A SUPPORT AND LOGISTICS TEAM FOR THE OTHER

TEAMS. WE FOCUS ON INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION USING DIFFERENT

KINDS OF CHANNELS AND SOCIAL PLATFORM. WE NOT ONLY SHOW OUR PRESENCE

VIRTUALLY BUT ALSO PHYSICALLY.

MISSION OF COMMUNICATION TEAM:

IN THE AIESEC IN STOCKHOLM COMMUNICATIONS TEAM WE WORK WITH MAINTAINING

THE GLOBAL BRAND OF AIESEC AND TO RAISE AWARENESS AMONGST STUDENTS AND

COMPANIES. WE WANT ENSURE THAT THE WAY AIESEC IS EXPOSED STAYS TRUE TO THE

ORGANIZATION’S IDEALS AND VISION: PEACE AND FULFILMENT OF HUMANKIND’S

POTENTIAL. BY MAKING AIESEC ATTRACTIVE AND VISUALLY APPEALING, WE WANT TO

DESIGN TEAM MANAGERS:

THE DESIGN MANAGER IS INDIVIDUALLY

RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING VISUAL SUPPORT

FOR THE PRODUCT MARKETING OF OUTGOING

EXCHANGE, INCOMING EXCHANGE AND EXTERNAL

RELATIONS. THEIR MAIN FOCUS IS TO CREATE

POSTERS, ADDING LABELS, LOGOS, TEXTS ON

PICTURES. THIS TEAM WORKS CLOSELY WITH

LOCAL PLATFORM MANAGERS.

Local Platforms/Social Media Managers:

The team is responsible for an on-goingupdates on social media, local platformmaintenance and presence on the web.This team is responsible for manychannels that we have like: blogging,Facebook, newsletters, platformmaintenance (AIESEC, twitter, Linkedin)and website management. This is done incooperation between Design Team andProduct Marketing Team. Each managerwill take care of several channels.

REPORTS. ANOTHER MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY IS MAKING, PAYING

AND DELIVERING INVOICES. THE FINANCE TEAM HAS CONTACT

WILL ALL EXTERNAL COMPANIES AND ORGANIZATIONS REGARDING

FINANCE. THE FINANCE TEAM IS ALSO INVOLVED IN THE

ACTIVITIES OF THE ENTIRE COMMITTEE AND SHOULD ALSO LOOK

FOR GRANTS TO APPLY FOR.

MARKETING ETC.
