1 REGISTRATION
Click to Online Apply for Apply Online to get Registration Certificate
For New User Click on REGISTER and Register yourself
After successful registration you will receive a verification mail in your mail box
Click on the link sent to your mail to verify. Until verification from mail you will be inactive.
You have to verify this within 2 hours of registration otherwise your registration will be
canceled and you have to register yourself again.

For New Registration.
After successful verification you will receive Email containing your ‘Username’ and
‘Password’ for Log In into ONLINE APPLICATION GATEWAY.
2 LOGIN Enter your ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ which is sent to your mobile & email.
Enter image code (in Capital Letter) as appeared just above the text field.
Click on the log in button
3 APPLY ONLINE Click on ‘Form’ menu to view list of forms. There are 3 types of forms.
1. From-B(New Registration)
2. Form-D(Renewal)
3. Form-C(Notice of Change)

Enter the registration certificate number and press on GO button
If registration certificate number already available than all the application
detail will be display on the screen.
After that click on My Application -> My Application, than you will see.

Here you will see some useful links—
a. Edit - Update the application form if you done anything wrong in the
application (before application submit only).
b. Discard - Discard/Delete the application form if you no longer need the application
(before applications submit only).
c. View & Print - Print the application form & sign on it then create a PDF of the scanned
copy of the signed application form.
d. Submit Application - Finally submit your application form to the Registration authority.
Upload your signed scanned PDF Application Form & also necessary attachments for
the application (All documents uploading should be PDF file & file size must not more
than 2Mb).( before application submit only).
e. Details - You can see your application status log (For applied applications only).
Now go to My Application menu click on the Apply Now link
A attachment view will be displayed
Upload the downloaded application and the attachments whichever are
mandatory.
Then click on the Submit button.
After submit application form print the acknowledgement.

After submit of application form you will receive an SMS & email containing your new
‘Username’ (Mobile No & Email will be as per Application Form Data) If New Registration form for applicant than Email will be changed as per new Application
Data.

a. Re-submit - If Re-submit request by Registering authority then Re-submit will allow
you to submit again the updated application form.
b. Attachments - You can see the status of your attachments of the application. If any
document required by the registering Authority then you will see a link ‘Upload’ to
upload the document (document must be PDF & not more than 2Mb file size).

applicant than official process will be ahead.
fees deposit request by registering authority then you will see this link. You can deposit
fees though online or offline (By TR challan). For Offline Mode enter the amount you
deposited & upload your TR Challan’s PDF copy (not more than 2Mb file size).
