Lessons learned– Sometimes a good idea can be really obvious.

– For early results, be ready to give up a large measure of control.

– An “organic” process moves rapidly to better solutions.

– Cost/benefit analysis needs to consider intangibles.

– Everyone likes shiny new toys.
