Riverside Land Conservancy accepts its appointment to the Stakeholder Advisory Committee for the Santa Margarita Integrated Regional Water Management Planning effort. We are a stakeholder wilh significant habitat and open space conservation, reereation and. assoeiatcd water quality interests in -the Santa Margarita Watershed. We support and will eontinuc participating as a stakebolder in the Rancbo California Water District (RCWD), Riversid~ County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (RCFC&WCD), and County of Riverside led IRWM Planning effort. We will assist and provide infonnalion and in­kind assistance to the committee and the County, RCFC&WCD and RCWD for tbe Region.

We will provide our best efforts and advice on goals, priorities, projects and opportunities for integration along with our fellow committee members in supporting the entire region. We will abide by the tenns of the Organizing Statement and rules developed by tbc Committee.

Because of the amount of planning already completed by the County and RCWD, the rapid timeline for completion of this effort, and the cooperative working relationship we have with RCWD; we endorse the planning effort and support the IRWM plan being prepared by the County and RCWD.

Thank you for inviting Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) to the Santa Margarita lntegrated Regional Water Management Planning (IRWM) effort. EMWD would be glad to participate as a member of the Stakeholder Advisory Committee (Committee) for the IRWM effort led by Rancho California Water District (RCWD), Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, and the County of Riverside (County).

EMWD has significant water related interests in the Santa Margarita Watershed and corr~mits to provide information and in-kind assistance to the Committee, and to abide by the terms of the charter and rules developed by the Committee.

EMWD endorses the planning effort and supports the IRWM plan being prepared by the County and RCWD.
