Post a Past Score

First, select the desired golf course to add scorecard;

Enter detailed scores and stats for each hole (optional);

Enter total (gross) score;

Enter date round was played;

Submit score; you can edit round details afterwards if you make an error.

Select whether your round was 9 or 18 holes; both score types count towards your Handicap Index;

Start a New Round: Setup

First, select the desired golf course to add scorecard;

Choose an appropriate tee based on your skill level;

Select whether your round is 9 or 18 holes; both score types count towards your Handicap Index;

Add friends to track scores; your friends’ scores will not be applied towards their Handicap Index;

Begin keeping score live; hole by hole.

Start a New Round: Hole by Hole

Current total score for the round relative to par;

View next/previous holes;

Total length (yards) of the hole from your chosen tees;

Back to home screen; the round will be saved and can be continued by tapping the circle in the bottom menu;

Hole handicap rating; 1 = most difficult, 18 = easiest;

Total strokes taken on this hole;

Strokes taken from the putting surface;

Number of penalty strokes taken; ex: Out of Bounds = 2;

More stats;

GIR = Green in regulation: hit the green in 1 shot on a Par 3;

2 shots on a Par 4; or 3 shots on a Par 5;

Sand Save = Up & Down from a greenside bunker;

Up & Down = One shot onto the green followed by a one putt.

Record whether the ball came to rest on the fairway, or missed left, right, or short;

Finish and view round summary before posting the score; you can edit your round stats later if needed.

Use this tool to calculate your Course HandicapFor handicap purposes, a Course Handicap is used to determine the number of strokes that a player receives (or gives) on any golf course and for the correct application of net par and net double bogey adjustments.

DEFINITIONS

Course Rating - An indication of the difficulty of a golf course for the scratch player under normal course and weather conditions.

Playing Handicap - For equity purposes, the Playing Handicap calcula-tion determines the number of strokes each player gives or receives, to ensure that all players can enjoy a fair and equitable game when playing with or competing against one another.

Slope - An indication of the relative difficulty of a golf course for players who are not scratch players compared to players who are scratch players.
