FEDESUB-CMAS Zone América

There concluded in a satisfactory way 1er International Course of Scientific Diver FEDESUB-CMAS Zone America, with the participation of professionals and investigators from Mexico, Peru, Spain and Chile. The course organized by VALPOSUB "Center of Research and development of the Submarine Heritage ", there carried out with the Sponsorship of the School of Administration in Ecotourism, Faculty of Sciences of The Life University Andrés Bello and the Center of Investigation Marina de Quintay (CIMARQ-campus Quintay UNAB), from October 11 to October 15, 2018, with a school load of 50 hours, in fulfillment with the standards of the Scientific Committee of the FEDESUB - CMAS Zone America, under direction CSDI Maria Clotilde Zeckua Ramos, Director of the Scientific Committee of the World Federation of Subaquatic Activities Zone America and Director of the Commission of Biology and Conservation CMAS. The importance and interest in the subject matter of the submarine investigation in Chile and the contribution of the Scientific Skin-diving, Andrés Bello carried out as a whole with the University, in the Frame of the Course of Scientific Diver, the Seminar " Scientific Diver and Ecotourism I Marinade A contribution for the conservation and putting in value of the Natural and Cultural Subaquatic Heritage ", event of half a day of duration, opened the public, who possessed an assistance of mas of 80 persons and where the following topics were exposed:

The topics treated in the seminar were a contribution for the assistants and especially for the foreign and national participants of the Course of Scientific Diver. The Course I develop in the facilities of the Center of Investigation Marina de Quintay, located in a small coastal city of great tourist attraction, which possesses an Area of Managing (AMERB) belonging to one of the coves of handcrafted fishermen productive of the country. In this scene the pupils developed his theoretical instruction and he practises. One possessed in addition the valuable participation of the Equipment of Forensic Skin-diving of the Criminology office (LABOCAR) of the Police of Chile, imparted of the theoretical / practical workshop"

“Logistics and Methodology of Criminology of Work of the Site of the Subaquatic Event”, experience that was considered to be a contribution, for all the participants. Finished " The First Course of Scientific Diver FEDESUB-CMAS Zone America”, realized in Chile, we want to be grateful for the support of FEDESUB and of the Scientific Committee FEDESUB-Chili and especially of CSDI Maria Clotilde Zeckua Ramos, Director of the Scientific Committee CMAS Zone America, and her contribution with her experience and knowledge in order that this event was a reality in Chile and was allowing us to receive and to certify the first Scientific Divers CMAS, in the waters of the South Pacific. The knowledge and experience obtained in this course, will allow us to continue contributing to the formation of scientific divers, for the protection of our seas and aquatic ecosystems of the planet.
