Transcript of Apostle Jemal Dexter Trammell Homegoing
When tomorrow starts without me, and I’m not there to see; if the sun should rise and find your
eyes all filled with tears for me. I wish so much you wouldn’t cry the way you did today; while thinking of the many
things we didn’t get to say.
I know how much you love me, as much as I love you; and each time you think of me, I know you’ll miss me too; but
when tomorrow starts without me please try to understand, that an angel came and called my name and took me by
the hand.
She said my place was ready in heaven far above; and that I’d have to leave behind all those I dearly love. But as I
turned to walk away, a tear fell from my eye, for all life, I’d always thought I didn’t want to die.
I had so much to live for and so much yet to do; it seemed almost impossible that I was leaving you. I thought of all
the yesterdays, the good ones and the bad; I thought of all the love we shared and all the fun we had.
If I could relive yesterday, I thought just for awhile, I’d say good bye and kiss you and maybe see you smile. But
then I fully realized that this could never be; for emptiness and memories would take the place of me.
And when I thought of worldly things that I’d miss come tomorrow, I thought of you and when I did, my heart filled
with sorrow. But when I walked through heaven’s gates, I felt so much at home; When God looked down and smiled
at me, from His great golden throne.
He said, “This is eternity and all I’ve promised you. Life on earth is past, but here it starts anew. I promised no
tomorrow, but today will always last, and since each day is the same day, there’s no longing for the past.”
“But you have been so faithful, so trusting, and so true; though there were times you did some things you knew you
shouldn’t do. “But you have been forgiven and now at last you’re free. So won’t you take my hand and share my life
with me?”
So when tomorrow starts without me, don’t think we’re far apart; for every time you think of me, I’m right here in
your heart.

WHEN TOMORROW STARTS WITHOUT ME
Apostle Jemal Dexter Trammell
HIS LIFE and LEGACY
Apostle Jemal Dexter Trammell was born June
26, 1969, to loving parents Apostle Louis and Jose-
phine Trammell. In 1992, “Apostle T” as fondly
called by close ties, accepted the call to preach with-
out reluctance at the age of 21years, and under the
guidance of his father, he began his ministry. He
was united in Holy Matrimony to Lynn Colton on
January 19, 1995, and continued to serve as a minis-
ter at Williams Grove Church of Deliverance, until
1999 before taking the helm of responsibility of
starting a ministry in Lanett, Alabama.
The church, Open Heaven Outreach International,
formerly known as Higher Ground Ministries Inter-
national, was established by Apostle Trammell with
only 14 dedicated members. It quickly flourished to
over 200 congregants and expanded from a small
parcel of property, to a 4 acre landmark in Valley,
Alabama.
In 2006, Apostle Jemal Dexter Trammell joined the
Global Fellowship, World Link of Churches & Min-
istries, International Headquarters located in Baton
Rouge, Louisiana. After several years of faithful
service under the apostolic covering of the founder
and overseer, Chief Apostle Dr. Lloyd Benson Sr.,
Apostle Trammell earned his promotion as Chief
Apostle Benson’s First Assistant Admiral and even-
tually embarked upon a new mission that expanded his ministry worldwide. Apostle Trammell accompanied
Chief Apostle Benson on international crusades to Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Pretoria, South Africa, and was a
member of the WLCM Crises Relief team to Haiti after the massive devastating earthquake in 2010.
With the support of his family who shared his daily passion for ministry, Apostle Trammell boldly preached
the Word of God with power and might, proclaiming prophetic messages of healing, deliverance and restora-
tion. He impacted nations and changed lives both locally and globally.
Apostle Jemal Dexter Trammell transitioned from the earth realm to his spiritual home with the Lord on De-
cember 18, 2014, at West Georgia Medical Center.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories a devoted wife, Lynn Tramell; three daughters, Jasmime (Fortson,
GA), Faith and Hope Trammell (LeGrange, GA); parents, Apostle Louis and Josephine Trammell (Pine
Mountain, GA); three brothers, Bishop Jerome (Pastor Shonta) Trammell (Fortson, GA), Fred (MaTrina)
Trammell (Lanette, AL) and Brad Trammell (Hoganville, GA); and a host of nieces, nephews and other rela-
tives and friends. “A Celebration of the Life & Legacy of Apostle Jemal Dexter Trammell” Booklets compliment of Dr. Lloyd Benson, Sr. / World Link of Churches & Ministries, Inc.

Acknowledgements Perhaps you sent a lovely card,
Or sat quietly in a chair;
Perhaps you sent a floral piece,
If so, we saw it there.
Perhaps you spoke the kindest words,
As any friend could say;
Perhaps you were not there at all,
Just thought of us that day.
Whatever you did to console our hearts,
We thank you so much – Whatever the part.
MAY GOD BLESS YOU !!!!!

HAITI MISSION
There is much to say about the life and legacy of Apostle Jemal Dexter Trammell.
He was so much to so many of us. As his brother there are a plethora of stories
about us as a family. Growing up, Dexter was very meek and humble until the line
was crossed. He was soft-spoken and had a big smile. Myself, Fred and Brad all
looked up to him as the oldest although we would still challenge him. He wasn’t
much for fighting like Fred, and myself but he would engage himself when the time
came. Growing up, we laughed together, cried together, and got whippings to-
gether. And we always had to sit in family devotions where we read the Bible and
sung hymns. We didn’t like it at the time, but it was in God’s plan.
Dexter was a great cook. At one point in time, he was a Chef at Callaway Gardens.
He could really cook. One instance he got off work, and came home and cooked
dinner. I could smell the fried pork chops or either cube steak and gravy at 2:30 in
the morning and we all got up and ate. He always cooked like that and we all ate. I
can still smell the gravy and hear the exhaust fan running as he cooked. Dexter’s
cooking didn’t stop when he left Callaway Gardens, because he cooked all the time.
He could cook any kind of pork; whether chitterlings, hog maws, pork chops, pig
feet and ribs. At family functions, Dexter cooked and it was always good.
Apostle Dexter accepted his call to preach in 1992. God transformed him into the
man of God. He was no longer, the mild mannered, timid, inhibited person. The
Spirit of God transformed him into the bold-spirited, passionate preacher. He was-
n’t the same Dexter we watched grow up. God transformed and gifted him to carry
out on earth what God prepared him to do in eternity past.
Apostle Dexter operated in the Gifts of the Spirit. We preached and watched God
do the impossible. We were in a tent revival in Alabama. I preached and he prayed
for the sick. While he was ministering, a person came in and brought in an evil
presence. Right then, Minister Dexter, sensed it and told me who the person was.
He told us to pray and we prayed. The person was sitting in the middle of the tent.
And as we prayed, he preached and the glory of God fell. Attention was shifted
from the evil presence to the Glory of God and the person that brought in the evil
presence disappeared from the tent. To this day we don’t know what happened.
We are thankful for Lynn, Jasmine, Faith and Hope who shared him with us. They
supported him and encouraged him. We are thankful for the family that loved and
cared for him.
Apostle Dexter is remembered for his big smile and his unique laugh. We laughed
and reminded each other of Sanford and Son episodes. We laughed at the inside
family jokes and can still hear him laughing.
We are thankful that God allowed him to spend time with us. He has touched all of
our lives and he will be missed. He leaves a legacy of love, power, and authority.
He leaves a legacy of preaching and teaching that will be treasured by the recipients
for eternity. He leaves a legacy of three daughters who have his spirit. He will be
remembered and never forgotten. We Love You. (Louis, Josephine, Jerome/
Shanta, Fred/Matrina, Brad, Lynn, Jasmine, Faith and Hope) and the entire
Trammell family.

My Dearest Husband
He was truly a blessing in my life. He was a loving husband and
father. He will be truly missed. When we met at Williams
Grove, he was humble, respectful and kind. We would have
been together 20 years in January 19th, 2015. We were making
plans for our future together. He truly wanted to provide every-
thing that our hearts desired. Our kids loved him and he was
guiding them in the way of the Lord.
I truly loved him. He was truly the love of my life and he will
be missed and forever in my heart.
Mrs. Lynn Trammell
To the Trammell Family, Apostle Trammell was a man of integrity full of the
joy of the Lord and a man of great faith who loved the
Lord with all of his heart. He also dearly loved his
family and co-laborers in Christ.
Apostle Trammell served as 1st Assistant Admiral of
the World Link of Churches and Ministries (WLCM),
and as a member of the WLCM Executive Council.
His strong yet compassionate leadership was unwaver-
ing in the execution of his duties and in support of our
Chief Apostle and Board Chair, Apostle Dr. Lloyd
Benson, Sr. His walk among the members and lead-
ers of WLCM was exemplary and reflective of the
love of God and the teachings of Jesus Christ. Truly
WLCM, and all of its membership has lost one of the
great leaders of the fellowship and a member of our
WLCM family.
As we remember and reflect on the goodness of the
Lord in and through the life and works of Apostle
Trammell, we salute a soldier gone home!! Sleep on
friend, take your rest as “a soldier who has done as
Apostle Paul writes is II Timothy 4:7-8a “I have
fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have
kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a
crown of righteousness which the Lord, the righteous
judge, shall give me at that day!”
To Apostle Louis and Evangelist Trammell, family
and to all members of the ministry, I urge you to stand
strong in your faith as you continue in the works of
this great Apostle.
May God continue to bless and keep you,

My Co-Laborer, Friend, and Son in the
Gospel, we have fought many battles and arrived at many
victories together. You were indeed the friend who sticks
closer than a brother, spoken of in Proverbs 18:24.
You embodied the essence of a Godly Man: Father, Hus-
band, Apostle, Pastor, Confidant, Advisor, Worshipper,
Lover of God, Man of Faith, Man of Power, Voice of Hope,
Voice of Wisdom, Voice of Guidance, Voice of Counsel,
Voice of Caution, Helper of the less fortunate, The
Anointed One, The Peacemaker….. There will never be
enough words to describe the measure of Godly principles
which caused you to impact and change the lives of so
many. Thank you for giving unselfishly, all that God re-
leased you to give. My life has been forever enriched.
“We have lost a great Apostle, a great Prophet, a great
Evangelist, a great Pastor, and a great Teacher; and I have
lost a great SON IN THE GOSPEL.”
I am honored to have known you and will always treasure
the times we spent together. You will be missed.
On behalf of my family and the World Link of Churches
and Ministries, Inc., we send our prayers and heartfelt sym-
pathy to the family and friends of Apostle Jemal Dexter
Trammell.

RESTORATION NU-LIFE
Riverdale, GA
Apostle Dexter Jemal Trammell served “Our Apostle”, Lloyd Benson, Sr. very faithfully
and dedicated. He was one that everybody loved and respected. Apostle Dexter was the
1st Assistant Admiral under the leadership of Apostle John Jacobs III of World Link of
Churches & Ministries.
We cannot tell you how thankful we are for the little infinity. We wouldn’t trade it for
the world. You gave us a forever within the numbered days and we’re grateful.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, he that heareth my word, and believeth on Him that sent
me, hath everlasting life and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death
unto life. John 5:24-26. Death is not the end of life; it is only the body that perishes, the spirit can never die… it con-
tinues to live.
We are yet praying for Lady Lynn the children and Apostle Louis and Evangelist Josephine Trammell and the
church families, that God will strengthen you all during this time of sorrow.
Apostle Dr. Adelia and Elder Evlis Seymour

you have known but by the loyalty that has been
shown. Thank you for your loyalty. Oh God thou
has begun to show thy servant thy greatness and

Apostle Dexter was very dear to our hearts. We have seen him down through the
years, very faithful and commitment to our Chief Apostle and to the WLCM fam-
ily. This is a great loss not only to the fellowship, but to the Kingdom.

As being a part of the WLCM family, we want to let the Trammell family know
that we are here for you, praying for you and we will get through this together.
Apostle Dexter was such a great man of God. When I would look around Chief
Apostle and see Apostle Dexter with that “Big Smile”, we certainly will miss
that. He was one that was always smiling, such a great loss to the body of Christ,
but God had a greater plan.
