A. Creative Activity Corner -

A.C.E.S. Pre Primary is a child activity centered place. Building block, plaster of Paris, plasticizers, Kids garden sapdpit,

swings, slides, Toy Room, Clay Modeling corner, Activity Corner & Audio Visual Aids etc. are provided for the kids to use

their hands and brain in unison. Personal attention is given to each child through constant evaluation.

FACILITIES

B. Value Education -

Stress is being laid on value education to imbibe moral values & Indian

heritage among the students. It is developed through reciting stories,

shlokas, yoga & celebrating the birth annuversaries of saints, scholars &

great leaders.

C. Reading Room & Library -

Picture Books, cartoons, story book etc. to the test of small children are kept

here.

D. Audio Visual Room

Classes have facility to view and hear audio video tapes on particular every

week.

E. Indoor / Outdoor playing area -

A large area is available, where children can spend time in all seasons of the

year.

F. Art & Culture Corner -

It is an area where budding artists can spend their time indulging in drawing

and painting under guidance of the drawing teacher.

G. Music & Dance Room -

Facilities for children to acquire basic knowledge in these with the help of

music & Dance teachers. It is done on every Saturday of the week.

H. Computer Education -

Computer education is an integral part of the school curriculum. Basic

knowledge in computer according to the age group and facility to play

computer games are provided here. The children will be given education

through computer. The very basic knowledge of alphabets, numbers, rhymes

etc. will be taught on computers.

1. The course is based on C.B.S.E. Pattern.

2. For Nursery students no homework, Learning at school hours only.

3. Birthday celebration allowed, with encoura-gement to distribute hand

made greeting cards.

4. Regular Parent- Teacher Meeting for better communication.

5. Festival are celebrated to make children aware of our culture and

traditions.

6. Individual files for each student showing their important activities at the

school.

Rules of Discipline

1. The Student should strictly obey the instruction given by

the Principal from to time.

2. Students are supposed to reach the school 10 (ten)

minutes before the school starts.

3. Students should converse in English only the school

premises.

4. Students should maintain the discipline and observe good

manners.

5. Students suffering from any contagious disease will not

be allowed to continue classes until he/she recover from it.

6. Students should actively participate in the various activity

.

7. Every students should carry his/her school diary to school

each day.

8. Student should be very neatly dressed. The school

uniform should be worm on all working days.

10. The Students should bring t i ffin, napkin and

handkerchief daily.

11. No leave will be granted during examination days except

on medical grounds.

12. Application for one day leave should be addressed to the

class teacher, accompanied the diary. the class teacher is

competent to sanction leave for on day except for exam

days.

13. Application for more than one day leave should be

addressed o the principal, accompanied the diary.

14. A students should earn minium of 80 % attendance

during the year.

15. Shortage of attendance can be condoned only up to 10%

by the principal.

16. Parents should co-operate the school in its attempt to

help their children progress by paying attention to their

punctuality, regularity and discipline. They should take

interest in their child's studies and other activities.

Note - 1. All fees are payable in advance by case by 15th of the month. 2. If a students fais to pay fees for a month even afer 15th of a that month a ne of Rs.10/- will be charged for the rest of the month and thereafter Rs10/- per month till the payment of fees.
