Our Change Management qualifications help you lead your organization to a brighter future. Working with Esther Cameron and Mike Green and building on the concepts in their book ‘Making Sense of Change Management’, APMG has developed a Change Management certification scheme to help organizations and their people come to terms with the impact of change. Our Change Management courses explore how the dynamics of effective change work and show you how to unlock resistance to change, enable teams to work together and speed up the implementation of change programmes. APMG-International Change Management Certification Change Management Foundation Level Our Foundation level course is comprised of four one day sessions which explore the theories of how change impacts on and is affected by - ■ the Individual ■ the Team ■ the Organization ■ the Change Leader. Candidates can become certified at Change Management Foundation level through completing these four courses and a multiple-choice exam at the end of the final day. The Foundation exam is an hour long, closed book multiple choice paper. It has four sections with a total of 60 questions and candidates must score 50% to pass. Change Management Practitioner Level The Change Management Practitioner certification furthers the candidate’s understanding of the complexities of change. The course helps candidates to generate better acceptance of change through the implementation of change theories, enabling a higher rate of satisfactory change while keeping staff engaged. The Practitioner Exam is a 3-hour multiple choice paper. It is open book and comprises four questions based on a given scenario. There are 20 marks per question. Candidates must score 50% to pass. Both the Foundation and Practitioner level certifications are based on ‘Making Sense of Change Management’ by Esther Cameron and Mike Green. This can be obtained at www.apmg-businessbooks.com The Change Management Practitioner exam also has a candidate handbook which can be taken into the exam. Candidates who have passed the Practitioner examination can put Change Management Practitioner on their business cards.
