User guide

This User guide is having step by step instructions to enter the details of all IT infrastructure, buildings and other infrastructure details.

1. Open APFMIS website in web browser (Internet Explorer) by entering the website address as www.apforest.org/apfmis in the address bar of the browser.

I. Building Infrastructure details

2. To enter building infrastructure details, click on the “Building Infrastructure” link.

3. To enter any building details, select the type of building from dropdown, and then select the corresponding details like Circle, Division, Range ..etc and click Save button.

4. To view the existing data , select the details as below and click on “Retrieve” button.

II. IT Infrastructure details 1. Click on “IT Infrastructure” lick on the top menu.

2. Select the Office level radio button for which you are entering IT Infrastructure details.

3. Select the Infrastructure Type from the Dropdown and enter the other details of that item in the respective text boxes or select from respective dropdowns and click on “Save” button.

4.To view the existing data select as below and click on “Retrieve” button.
