We are an independent specialist in Corporate Finance in Italy, with focus in M&A in: Food & Beverage, Retail and Consumer Goods sectors. Established in 2007 in Padua by founding partners Aldo Cattapan and Paolo Cattapan, we offer strategic and financial advisory to our clients: Entrepreneurs, Board of Directors, Managers, Institutional and Private Investors.

Vice-President and General Manager of Inda Polska Spzoo (chocolate maker with operations in Poland), developing the company trough organic growth and acquisitions and integration of several business assets.President of Inda Trade Srl, a trading company based in Milan, Italy, active in supplying materials and plants to food industry in Central East Europe.Degree in Business Administration, at the Ca' Foscari University of Venice.Languages: Italian, English and French
