Congratulations on the purchase of your new appli-ance.You have clearly decided in favour of a quality pro-duct. These operating instructions are a part of thisproduct. They contain important information in regardto safety, use and disposal. Before using the product,familiarise yourself with all of these operating andsafety instructions. Use the product only as descri-bed and only for the specified areas of application.

In addition, pass these documents on, together withthe product, to any future owner.

Intended use

This laminator is intended exclusively for use in priva-te households and for the hot and cold laminationof documents printed on paper or cardboard.Additionally, the documents can be trimmed.It is NOT intended for use with any other materials.It is also NOT intended for commercial or industrialapplications.

Overheating ProtectionThis appliance is fitted with overheating protection.Should the motor become too hot due to excessiveloading, the appliance switches itself off automati-cally. In this case, disconnect the plug from the

mains power socket and wait until the appliancehas cooled down to room temperature. You canthen reconnect the plug to the mains power socketand continue using the appliance.We recommend that, after 2 hours continuous use,you allow the appliance to cool down for about30 minutes.

Safety instructions

This appliance is not intended for use by individuals(including children) with restricted physical, physio-logical or intellectual abilities or deficiences inexperience and/or knowledge unless they aresupervised by a person responsible for their safetyor receive from this person instruction in how theappliance is to be used.

Children should be supervised to ensure that theydo not play with the appliance.

Unplug the power cable after every use and be-fore cleaning, so as to prevent the appliance frominadvertently switching itself on.

Check the appliance and all parts for visibledamages. The safety concept can work only ifthe appliance is in a faultless condition.

Never perform hot lamination on flammable,heat-sensitive and/or meltable materials and donot laminate drawings on temperature-sensitivepaper or material that will undergo changes incolour or quality when subjected to heat.

Never laminate valuable or unique documents.Although the laminator satisfies all predominantsafety norms and standards, errors can never becompletely discounted - as with all electrical ap-

pliances. Errors with the laminator can result indamage to the document being laminated.

Do NOT laminate any document which, togetherwith the laminating pouch, would have a thicknessof more than 1,0 mm. Should you do so, the lami-nating pouch could cant itself inside the laminatingappliance. This would damage the laminating pouch,

the document being laminated as well as thelaminator.

Do not use an extension cable. Place the appliancewhere the mains power socket is easily accessible,so that in the event of an emergency the plug canbe quickly withdrawn.

Do not use an external timing switch or a separateremote control system to operate the appliance.

Place the appliance where the power wall socket

is easily accessible, so that in the event of anemergency the plug can be quickly withdrawn.

Risk of electrical shock! Connect the appliance to a mains power socket

with a mains voltage of 220 - 240 V ~, 50 Hz. Do not take the appliance into use if the power

cable or the plug is damaged. Arrange for defective power plugs and/or cables

to be replaced at once by qualified techniciansor our Customer Service Department.

NEVER immerse the appliance in water.Wipe it only with a damp cloth.

Do not expose the appliance to rain and neveruse it in a humid or wet environment.

Ensure that the power cable never becomes wetduring operation.

Unplug the appliance immediately after use.The appliance is free of electricity only when youremove the plug from the mains power socket.

Do not open the housing or attempt to repair theappliance yourself. Should you do so, device safetycan no longer be assured and the warranty willbecome void.

Risk of fire! Do not use the appliance in the vicinity of hot

surfaces. Do not place the appliance at locations exposed

to direct sunlight.

This could lead to overheating and cause irrepa-rable damage.

Do not leave the appliance unattended when inuse.

NEVER cover the ventilation slits on the top of theappliance while it is switched on.

Risk of injury! Keep children away from the connecting cable and

the appliance. Children frequently underestimate the

dangers of electrical devices.

Ensure that the appliance stands with a safe andsecure positioning.

Do not operate the appliance if it has sustaineda fall or is damaged. Arrange for the applianceto be checked and, if necessary, repaired by aqualified expert.

Some parts of the appliance become very hotduring operation. To avoid burns, do not touchthese parts.

Suitable laminating pouches

For hot lamination you can use pouches with awidth of up to 320 mm and a maximum thicknessof 125 micron.

Please note that each laminating pouch may onlybe used once.

For hot lamination, use only laminatingpouches that are expressly designatedfor hot lamination.For cold lamination, use only laminatingpouches that are expressly designatedfor cold lamination.

Take note that the laminating pouches in-cluded with the laminator are intendedexclusively for hot lamination.

Tip: For high-gloss photos, you should select theswitch position "125" as well as the appropriatepouch thickness.

Preparing for hot lamination

Insert the foil guide railsq in the designatedholes on the rear of the laminator.

Fold out the document supportss, so that the

documents can be pulled in straight into the slotfor manual foil feedt.

Insert the plug of the laminator into a mainspower socket.

Provide a firm location for the appliance. Set the selector switch for hot and cold lamina-

tioni to "HOT ". Set the foil thickness switcho to the desired

foil thickness (80 or 125 microns). The red

ON/OFF indicator lamp u will now glow.The laminator heats itself up to its operatingtemperature.

As soon as the green indicator lamp "Ready"

y glows, the laminator has reached itsoperating temperature.

Attainment of the operating temperatureis indicated by the lighting up of the greenLED indicator lamp "Ready" y. For amore uniform laminating result we recom-mend, especially for thinner foils (below125 Micron) and after adjustment to a dif-ferent foil thickness, to first wait an addi-tional 2-3 minutes before beginning withlamination.

Lay the document to be laminated into a lami-nating pouch of the appropriate size.

Make certain that all corners of the docu-ment have at least two millimetres of spaceto the edge of the laminating pouch, asshown in Fig. 1. Make certain that you useonly one pouch for laminating. First open

it up, as shown in Fig. 2.

Preparing for cold lamination

If you have previously performed hot lami-nation:After hot laminating, allow the laminator

to cool down completely before beginningwith cold lamination. Remember, the rollersinside the laminator will still be hot. Thesecan damage the laminating pouch and thedocument to be laminated!

Insert the foil guide railsq in the designatedholes on the rear of the laminator.

Pull out the document supportss so that the

documents can be pulled in straight into the slotfor manual foil feedt.

Insert the plug of the laminator into a mainspower socket.

Provide a firm location for the appliance. Set the selector switch for hot and cold lamina-

tioni to "COLD".

Take note: For cold lamination, ALWAYS placethe foil thickness switcho at 125 microns.The red ON/OFF indicator lamp u andthe green indicator lamp "Ready" ynow glow.

Place the document to be laminated into alaminating pouch of the matching size.

Make certain that all corners of the docu-ment have at least two millimetres of spaceto the edge of the laminating pouch, asshown in Fig. 1.

Make certain that you use only one pouchfor laminating. First open it up, as shownin Fig. 2.

For further information about the laminationprocess, please read the section "Lamination

process".

Lamination process

Lay the laminating pouch onto the foil guiderailsq. Lay the right or left edge of the lamina-ting pouch against the foil format restraintr(closed side leading). Slide the foil format res-traintr together until the selected format sizeis reached. This prevents the laminating pouchfrom being pulled in at an angle.

Should the laminating pouch be pulled inat an angle, use the anti-blocking functionas described in the chapter "Anti-BlockingSwitch (ABS)".

Now slide the laminating pouch slowly into theslot for manual foil feedt.

When you have slid the laminating pouch seve-ral centimetres into slot for manual foil feedt,it will start to be pulled in automatically. Re-lease the laminating pouch as soon as younotice it being pulled in automatically.

Ensure there is at least 45 cm of open space

in front of the laminator. If you do not, thelaminating pouch will not be completelyejected from the laminator after lamination.This could damage the laminated pouch.

The finished laminated pocket is now ejectedfrom the foil slota of the laminator.

Only after hot lamination: Remove them immediately from the appliance,

as hot foil pockets can still be easily deformed.Place them on a flat surface to cool down.

To improve the lamination result, you canweigh down the still hot foil bag with abook, a file folder or other heavy, smoothobject. This will give it a smooth and flaw-less surface.

If you do not want to start another laminationprocess, turn the foil thickness switcho to ABS(OFF) and withdraw the plug from the mainspower socket.

Anti-Blocking Switch (ABS)

At the start of the lamination process, the pouchmay be pulled in at an angle or jam itself inside theappliance.

Turn the anti-blocking switch (ABS)o to theposition ABS.

The laminate pouch is not pulled any further in.

Remove the laminate pouch. Turn the anti-blocking switch (ABS)o back to

the desired foil thickness. Re-start the lamination process.

Trimming function

Should you wish to use the trimming function on thefoil guide railsq, dismantle the foil guide railsq.

If necessary, fold the documents supportsdown.

Adjust the cutter attachmentd so that it formsa straight face with the foil guide railsq.

Slide the cutting heade to the end stop (thecutting heade can be slid to both ends of thecutting railw).

Flap the cutting railw upwards with the roun-ded grip and position the document on the foilguide railsq. Restrain the document by sliding

the foil format restraintr together until theytouch both sides of the document. Use the markings on the measurement table to

align the document precisely. Flap the cutting railw downwards so that it

engages. Hold the paper in a secure position with your

left hand. To trim, press the cutting heade down with

the right hand and then slide it with one pull orpush over the document.

Cleaning and care

Potentially fatal electrical shock: Never open the appliance housing. There

are no user-serviceable elements inside. Never submerse the appliance into water

or other liquids!

Cleaning the housing:

Clean the surface of the housing with aslightly moistened cleaning cloth.

First remove the plug. Allow the appliance to cool down completely.

Ensure that no moisture can permeate into theappliance.

Cleaning the interior of the appliance:

With every lamination, contaminants are deposited onthe rollers inside the laminator. Over time, this reducesthe performance of the laminator. You should therefo-re clean the rollers inside the laminator after use.

Prepare the appliance as described in chapter"Preparing for hot lamination", up to the pointwhere the green indicator lamp "Ready" yglows.

Then run a sheet of DIN A3 paper, folded inthe middle (maximum thickness 1.0 mm)

without a laminating pouch and with the fold first

slowly into the slot for manual pouch inputt. Release the sheet as soon as you notice it

being pulled in automatically.

The contaminants on the rollers inside the lami-nator now firmly attach themselves to the sheetof paper. The paper is discharged from the foilslota of the laminator.

Repeat this cleaning process several times.Use a fresh clean sheet of paper each time.

When you no longer see any contaminants on thepaper, the rollers inside the laminator are clean.

Storage

Allow the appliance to cool down completelybefore putting it into storage.

Do not store the laminator in damp loca-tions where moisture could enter insidethe appliance (e.g. cellars)!

Disposal

Do not dispose of the appliance withyour normal domestic waste. This

product is subject to the provisions ofEuropean Directive 2012/19/EU.

Dispose of the appliance through an approved wastedisposal centre or at your community waste facility.Observe the currently applicable regulations.In case of doubt, please contact your waste disposalcentre.

Dispose of all packaging materials in anenvironmentally friendly manner.

Warranty and Service

The warranty for this appliance is for 3 years fromthe date of purchase. The appliance has been ma-nufactured with care and meticulously examined

before delivery.Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In theevent of a warranty claim, please make contact bytelephone with our Service Department. Protecie contra supranclzirii

Indicaii de siguran

Acest aparat nu este destinat utilizrii de ctrepersoane (inclusiv copii) cu capaciti fizice, sen-zoriale sau mentale limitate sau cu o experien li-mitat i/sau cunotine limitate, cu excepia ca-zului n care sunt supravegheate de ctre opersoan responsabil cu sigurana lor sau auprimit instruciuni de la aceasta privind modul deutilizare a aparatului.

Nu laminai documente unicat de valoare. Chiardac aparatul de laminat corespunde tuturornormelor / standardelor cunoscute de siguran,funcionrile eronate la fel ca n cazul tuturoraparatelor electrice nu pot fi niciodat complet

excluse. Funcionrile eronate ale aparatului potdeteriora documentele pe care dorii s lelaminai.

Nu laminai documentele care mpreun cu foliaau o grosime mai mare de 1 mm. Altfel, folia delaminare se poate rsuci n interiorul aparatului.Dac se ntmpl acest lucru se pot deteriora attfolia i documentul, ct i aparatul n sine.

Nu utilizai prelungitoare. Aezai aparatul astfel

nct priza s fie uor accesibil, pentru a puteadeconecta rapid aparatul n caz de pericol.

Nu uti lizai temporizatoare externe sau sistemeseparate de comand de la distan pentruoperarea aparatului.

Pericol de electrocutare! Conectai aparatul la o priz cu o tensiune de

220 - 240 V ~, 50 Hz. Nu utilizai aparatul dac cablul de alimentare

defecteaz, solicitai imediat repararea de ctrepersonal specializat sau de ctre serviciul clieni,

Asigura i stabilitatea aparatului. Este interzis punerea n funciune, dac aparatul a

Componentele aparatului se nclzesc n timpulutilizrii. Nu atingei componentele pentru a

evita arderile.

Folii de laminare adecvate

Pentru laminarea la cald se pot utiliza folii delaminare cu o lime de pn la 320 mm io grosime de maxim 125 de microni.

Nu utilizai niciodat de dou ori o folie delaminare.

Pentru laminarea la cald utilizai numaifolii de laminare destinate exclusiv laminriila cald.Pentru laminarea la rece utilizai numaifolii de laminare destinate exclusiv laminriila rece.

Asigurai-v c foliile de laminare din furni-tur sunt destinate exclusiv laminrii lacald.

Pregtirea laminrii la cald

Introducei ina de ghidare a folieiqn gurileprevzute de pe partea din spate a aparatuluide laminat.

Rabatai spre exterior suporturile de documentes pentru ca documentele s fie trase drept ncanalul pentru ghidarea manual a folieit.

Introducei tecrul aparatului ntr-o priz. Asigurai o poziie stabil a aparatului. Rotii comutatorul selectiv pentru laminarea la

cald i la recei pe HOT. Poziionai comutatorul pentru grosimea folieio

pe grosimea dorit a foliei (80 sau 125 de

microni). Acum se aprinde LED-ul rou PORNIT/OPRIT u. Aparatul se nclzete acum latemperatura de lucru.

Aparatul a atins temperatura de lucru n momentulaprinderii LED-ului verde Operabil y.

Atingerea temperaturii de lucru esteindicat prin aprinderea LED-ului verdeOperabil y. Pentru un rezultat uni-form de laminare v recomandm, n spe-cial pentru foliile subiri (sub 125 de mi-croni) i dac ai reglat o alt grosime afoliei, s ncepei laminarea numai dupun timp de ateptare de cca 2 - 3 minute.

Aezai documentul pe care dorii s-l laminaintr-o folie de dimensiune potrivit.

Pstrai un spaiu de cel puin doi milimetripe toate prile documentului fa demarginea foliei, aa cum este ilustrat nimaginea 1. Asigurai-v c folosii o foliepentru laminare. nainte desfacei folia n

Pregtirea laminrii la rece

Dac nainte ai laminat la cald:ateptai ca aparatul s se rceasc com-plet nainte de a ncepe laminarea la rece.

Rolele din interiorul aparatului sunt nccalde. Prin aceasta, folia i documentul potfi deteriorate!

Introducei ina de ghidare a folieiqn gurileprevzute de pe partea din spate a aparatuluide laminat.

Scoatei afar suportul de documentes pentruca documentele s fie trase drept n canalul

pentru ghidareat manual a foliei. Introducei tecrul aparatului ntr-o priz. Asigurai o poziie stabil a aparatului. Rotii comutatorul selectiv pentru laminarea la

cald i la recei pe COLD.

Indicaie: pentru laminarea la rece, poziionaitotdeauna comutatorul pentru grosimea folieiope 125 de microni. Acum se aprind LED-ulrou PORNIT/OPRIT u i LED-ul verdeOperabil y.

Aezai documentul pe care dorii s-l laminaintr-o folie de dimensiune potrivit.

Pstrai un spaiu de cel puin doi milimetripe toate prile documentului fa demarginea foliei, aa cum este ilustrat nimaginea 1.

Asigurai-v c folosii o folie pentru

laminare. nainte desfacei folia n modulindicat n imagina 2.

Laminarea

Aezai folia de laminare pe ina de ghidareq.Aezai marginea dreapt sau stng a folieipe dispozitivul de blocare a formatului foliei r(cu partea nchis nainte). Apropiai dispozitivulde blocare a formatuluir pn obinei formatuldorit. Astfel evitai ca aparatul s trag foliaoblic nuntru.

Dac folia este prins oblic, folosiifuncia antiblocare" conform descrieriidin capitolul Funcia antiblocare (ABS).

Pentru mbuntirea rezultatului de lami-nare, putei aeza pe folia cald o carte,un dosar cu acte sau alt obiect greu. Astfelvei obine o suprafa dreapt fr de-fecte.

Dac nu mai dorii s ncepei alt proces de

laminare, rotii comutatorul pentru grosimea fo-lieio pe ABS (OFF) i scoatei tecrul din priz.

Funcia antiblocare (ABS)

La nceputul laminrii, folia poate fi tras oblic naparat sau se poate nepeni n interior.

Rotii comutatorul antiblocare (ABS)onpoziia ABS.

pe grosimea dorit a foliei. ncepei din nou procesul de laminare.

Funcia de tiere

Dac dorii s utilizai funcia de tiere de la inade ghidare a folieiq, demontai inaq.

Dac este necesar, rabatai spre interior suportulde documentes.

Montai dispozitivul de tiered astfel nct sformeze o suprafa plan cu ina de ghidarea folieiq.

Curarea i ngrijirea

Pericol de moarte prin electrocutare! Nu deschidei niciodat carcasa aparatului.

n acestea nu se gsesc elemente de operare.

Nu introducei niciodat componenteleaparatului n ap sau alte lichide!

Curarea carcasei

Curai suprafaa carcasei cu un prosopuor umezit.

Apoi scoatei tecrul din priz.

Ateptai s se rceasc complet aparatul. Asigurai-v c nu se infiltreaz ap n

interiorul aparatului.

Curarea interiorului aparatuluiLa fiecare laminare, pe rolele din interiorul aparatuluise depun resturi de material. Din cauza depunerilor,capacitatea aparatului de diminueaz cu timpul. Deaceea, este indicat s curai rolele din interiorulaparatului dup fiecare utilizare.

Pregtii aparatul n modul descris n capitolul 8Pregtirea laminrii la cald, pn se aprindeLED-ul verde Operabil y.

Introducei apoi o coal DIN A3 ndoit pemijloc (grosime maxim 1 mm)

fr folie i cu partea ndoit n fa

Eliberai hrtia cnd observai c este trasautomat.

Murdria de pe rolele din interiorul aparatului delaminare se depun acum pe coala de hrtie.

Hrtia iese din aparat prin deschiztura de ieirea folieia.

Repetai curarea de mai multe ori. De fiecaredat utilizai o coal de hrtie curat.

Cnd pe hrtie nu mai observai depuneri, roleledin interiorul aparatului sunt curate.

Depozitarea

nainte de a-l pune la pstrare lsai aparatul s serceasc.

Nu depozitai aparatul ntr-un loc umedpentru c s-ar putea infiltra umezeal ninteriorul aparatului (de exemplu n piv-ni)!

Eliminarea aparatelor uzate

Nu aruncai aparatul sub nicio form n

gunoiul menajer obinuit. Acest produs

Das Laminiergert ist ausschlielich zum Hei- undKaltlaminieren von Dokumenten aus Papier oderPappe in privaten Haushalten bestimmt. berhitzungsschutzDieses Gert ist mit einem berhitzungsschutz aus-gestattet. Wenn der Motor aufgrund von berla-stung zu hei wird, schaltet sich das Gert automa-tisch aus. Ziehen Sie in diesem Fall den Netzstecker

und warten Sie, bis sich das Gert auf die Raumtem-peratur abgekhlt hat. Sie knnen dann den Netz-stecker wieder mit dem Stromnetz verbinden und dasGert wieder in Betrieb nehmen.Wir empfehlen, nach 2 Stunden Betrieb das Gertfr ca. 30 Minuten abkhlen zu lassen.

Heilaminieren Sie grundstzlich keine entznd-lichen, hitzeempfindlichen und/oder schmelzbarenMaterialien und keine Zeichnungen auf wrme-empfindlichem Papier bzw. Material, dessen Farbebzw. Qualitt sich durch Hitzeeinwirkung verndert.

Laminieren Sie grundstzlich keine wertvollen,einzigartigen Dokumente. Obwohl das Laminier-gert allen gngigen Sicherheitsnormen/-standardsentspricht, knnen Fehlfunktionen wie bei allenElektrogerten niemals vllig ausgeschlossen

werden. Fehlfunktionen des Laminiergertes kn-nen zu Beschdigungen am zu laminierendenDokument fhren.

Laminieren Sie keine Dokumente, die zusammen mitder Laminierfolie eine Dicke von mehr als 1,0 mmhaben. Anderenfalls kann sich die Folientasche imInneren des Laminiergertes verkanten. Dadurchknnen die Folientasche, das zu laminierendeDokument sowie das Laminiergert beschdigt

werden. Benutzen Sie keine Verlngerungskabel. Platzie-

ren Sie das Gert so, dass die Netzsteckdose gutzu erreichen ist, um das Gert im Notfall schnellvom Stromnetz trennen zu knnen.

Benutzen Sie keine externe Zeitschaltuhr oderein separates Fernwirksystem um das Gert zubetreiben.

Stellen Sie das Gert so auf, dass der Netz-stecker gut zu erreichen ist, und das Gert imNotfall schnell vom Stromnetz getrennt werdenkann.

Gefahr durch elektrischen Schlag! Schlieen Sie das Gert an eine Netzsteckdose

mit einer Netzspannung von 220 -240 V ~,50 Hz an.

Betreiben Sie das Gert nicht mit beschdigterAnschlussleitung oder Netzstecker.

Lassen Sie beschdigte Netzstecker oder Netzka-bel sofort von autorisiertem Fachpersonal oderdem Kundenservice austauschen, um Gefhrdun-gen zu vermeiden.

Tauchen Sie das Gert niemals in Wasser ein.Wischen Sie es nur mit einem feuchten Tuch ab.

Setzen Sie das Gert nicht dem Regen aus und

benutzen Sie es auch niemals in feuchter odernasser Umgebung.

Achten Sie darauf, dass die Anschlussleitungwhrend des Betriebs niemals nass oder feuchtwird.

Trennen Sie das Gert sofort nach Gebrauchvom Stromnetz. Nur wenn Sie den Netzstecker

aus der Netzsteckdose ziehen, ist das Gertvllig stromfrei.

Sie drfen das Gertegehuse nicht ffnen oderreparieren. In diesem Falle ist die Sicherheit nichtgegeben und die Gewhrleistung erlischt.

Brandgefahr! Benutzen Sie das Gert nicht in der Nhe von

heien Oberflchen.

Stellen Sie das Gert nicht an Orten auf, diedirekter Sonnenstrahlung ausgesetzt sind.Anderenfalls kann es berhitzen und irreparabelbeschdigt werden.

Lassen Sie das Gert whrend des Betriebsniemals unbeaufsichtigt.

Decken Sie niemals die Lftungsschlitze auf derOberseite des Gertes ab, wenn es eingeschaltetist.

Verletzungsgefahr! Halten Sie Kinder von Anschlussleitung und Gert

fern. Kinder unterschtzen hufig die Gefahren von

Elektrogerten.

Sorgen Sie fr einen sicheren Stand des Gertes. Falls das Gert heruntergefallen oder beschdigt

ist, drfen Sie es nicht mehr in Betrieb nehmen.

Lassen Sie das Gert von qualifiziertem Fachper-sonal berprfen und gegebenfalls reparieren.

Teile des Gertes werden whrend desGebrauchs hei. Berhren Sie diese nicht, umVerbrennungen zu vermeiden.

Geeignete Folientaschen

Sie knnen zum Heilaminieren Folientaschen miteiner Breite von bis zu 320 mm und einer Strkevon maximal 125 Mikron benutzen.

Beachten Sie, dass jede Folientasche nur einmalzum Laminieren verwendet werden kann.

Verwenden Sie zum Heilaminieren aus-schlielich Folientaschen, die ausdrcklichzum Heilaminieren vorgesehen sind.Verwenden Sie zum Kaltlaminieren aus-schlielich Folientaschen, die ausdrcklichzum Kaltlaminieren vorgesehen sind.

Beachten Sie, dass die im Lieferumfangenthaltenen Folientaschen ausschlielichzum Heilaminieren geeignet sind.

Heilaminieren vorbereiten

Stecken Sie die Folienfhrungsschieneq in diedafr vorgesehenen Lcher auf der Rckseitedes Laminiergertes.

Klappen Sie die Dokumentsttzens heraus, da-mit die Dokumente gerade in den Schlitz fr ma-nuelle Folienzufuhrt eingezogen werden.

Stecken Sie den Netzstecker des Laminierger-tes in eine Netzsteckdose ein.

Sorgen Sie fr einen festen Stand des Gertes. Stellen Sie den Wahlschalter fr Hei- und

Kaltlaminiereni auf HOT. Stellen Sie den Folienstrke-Schaltero auf die ge-

wnschte Folienstrke ein (80 oder 125 Mikron).Die rote EIN-/AUS-Indikationsleuchte uleuchtet nun.Das Laminiergert erwrmt sich aufBetriebstemperatur.

Sobald die grne IndikationsleuchteBetriebsbereit y leuchtet, hat das La-miniergert seine Betriebstemperatur erreicht.

Das Erreichen der Betriebstemperatur wirddurch Aufleuchten der grnenIndikationsleuchte Betriebsbereit yangezeigt. Fr ein gleichmigeres Lami-nierergebnis empfehlen wir, insbesonderebei dnneren Folien (unter 125 Mikron)und beim Einstellen eineranderen Folienstrke, erst nach einer zu-

stzlichen Wartezeit von ca. 2-3 Minutenmit dem Laminiervorgang zu beginnen.

Legen Sie das zu laminierende Dokument ineine Folientasche passender Gre ein.

Achten Sie darauf, dass alle Rnder desDokuments mindestens zwei MillimeterAbstand zum Rand der Folientasche habenmssen, wie in Abb. 1 beschrieben. Beach-ten Sie, dass Sie lediglich eine Folie zum

Laminieren verwenden. Klappen Sie diesevorher auf, wie in Abb. 2 beschrieben.

Kaltlaminieren vorbereiten

Wenn Sie zuvor heilaminiert haben:Lassen Sie das Laminiergert nach demHeilaminieren erst komplett abkhlen,

bevor Sie mit dem Kaltlaminierenbeginnen. Anderenfalls sind die Rollen imInneren des Laminiergertes noch hei.Dadurch knnen die Folientasche und daszu laminierende Dokument beschdigtwerden!

Stecken Sie die Folienfhrungsschieneq in diedafr vorgesehenen Lcher auf der Rckseite

des Laminiergertes. Ziehen Sie die Dokumentsttzes heraus, damit

die Dokumente gerade in den Schlitz fr manu-elle Folienzufuhrt eingezogen werden.

Stecken Sie den Netzstecker des Laminierger-tes in eine Netzsteckdose ein.

Sorgen Sie fr einen festen Stand des Gertes. Stellen Sie den Wahlschalter fr Hei- und

Kaltlaminiereni auf COLD.

Hinweis: Stellen Sie zum Kaltlaminieren denFolienstrke-Schaltero immer auf 125 mic.Die rote EIN- / AUS-Indikationsleuchte uund die grne Indikationsleuchte Betriebsbe-reit y leuchten nun.

Legen Sie das zu laminierende Dokument in

eine Folientasche passender Gre ein.

Achten Sie darauf, dass alle Rnder desDokuments mindestens zwei MillimeterAbstand zum Rand der Folientaschehaben mssen, wie in Abb. 1 beschrieben.

Beachten Sie, dass Sie lediglich eine Folie

zum Laminieren verwenden. Klappen Siediese vorher auf, wie in Abb. 2 beschrie-ben.

Laminiervorgang

Legen Sie die Folientasche auf die Folien-fhrungsschieneq. Legen Sie die rechte oderlinke Kante der Folientasche an die Folien-format-Arretierungr an (geschlossene Seitevoran). Schieben Sie die Folienformat-Arretie-rungr so weit zusammen, bis das gewhlteFormat erreicht ist. So verhindern Sie, dass dieFolientasche schrg eingezogen wird.

Wird die Folie dennoch schrg einge-zogen, benutzen Sie die Anti Blockier-Funktion, wie in Kapitel Anti Blockier-Funktion (ABS) beschrieben.

Schieben Sie die Folientasche nun langsam inden Schlitz fr manuelle Folienzufuhrt.

Wenn Sie die Folientasche einige Zentimeterweit in den Schlitzt eingeschoben haben,wird sie automatisch weiter eingezogen. Las-sen Sie die Folientasche los, sobald Sie mer-ken, dass sie automatisch eingezogen wird.

Sorgen Sie dafr, dass vor dem Laminier-gert mindestens 45 cm Platz frei bleiben.Anderenfalls kann die Folientasche nach

dem Laminieren nicht vollstndig aus demLaminiergert ausgegeben werden. Dielaminierte Folientasche kann beschdigtwerden.

Die fertig laminierte Folientasche wird aus demFolien-Schlitza des Laminiergertes ausgege-ben.

Nur nach dem Heilaminieren: Nehmen Sie diese sofort aus dem Gert, da

sich heie Folientaschen noch leicht verformenknnen. Legen Sie sie zum Auskhlen auf eineebene Flche.

Um das Laminierergebnis zu verbessern,knnen Sie die noch heie Folientaschemit einem Buch, einem Aktenordner odereinem anderen schweren, glatten Gegen-stand beschweren. So erhlt sie eine

glatte, makellose Oberflche.

Wenn Sie keinen weiteren Laminiervorgangstarten wollen, drehen Sie den Folienstrke-Schaltero auf ABS (OFF) und ziehen Sie denNetzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose.

Anti Blockier-Funktion (ABS)Zu Beginn des Laminierens kann die Folie schrgeingezogen werden oder sich im Gerteinnerenverhaken.

Drehen Sie den Anti Blockier-Schalter (ABS)oauf die Position ABS.

Die Folie wird nicht weiter eingezogen.

Entnehmen Sie die Folie. Drehen Sie den Anti Blockier-Schalter (ABS)o

wieder auf die gewnschte Folienstrke. Beginnen Sie erneut mit dem Laminiervorgang.

Schneidfunktion

Wenn Sie die Schneidfunktion an der Folienfh-rungsschieneq benutzen wollen, nehmen Sie dieFolienfhrungsschieneq ab.

Klappen Sie, wenn ntig die Dokumentenstt-zes ein.

Stellen Sie den Schneideaufsatzd so ein,dass er eine gerade Flche mit der Folienfh-rungsschieneq bildet.

Schieben Sie den Schneideknopfe bis zumAnschlag (Der Schneidekopfe kann bis zubeiden Enden der Schneideschienew gescho-

ben werden). Klappen Sie die Schneideschienew am gerun-

deten Griff nach oben und positionieren Sie dieDokumente auf der Folienfhrungsschieneq. Ar-retieren Sie das Dokument, indem Sie die Fo-lienformat-Arretierungr zusammenschieben,bis sie beide Seiten des Dokumentes berhrt.

Benutzen Sie die Markierungen auf der Ma-stabtafel, um Ihr Dokument exakt auszurichten.

Klappen Sie die Schneideschienew nachunten, so dass sie einrastet.

Halten Sie das Papier mit der linken Hand insicherer Position.

Zum Schneiden drcken Sie den Schneide-kopfe mit der rechten Hand nach untenund schieben Sie ihn in einem Zug ber dasDokument.

Reinigen und Pflegen

Lebensgefahr durch elektrischen Schlag: ffnen Sie niemals das Gehuse des

Gerts. Es befinden sich keinerlei Bedien-

elemente darin. Tauchen Sie die Gerteteile niemals in

Wasser oder andere Flssigkeiten!

Reinigen des Gehuses:

Reinigen Sie die Gehuseoberflche miteinem leicht angefeuchteten Spltuch.

Ziehen Sie zunchst den Netzstecker. Lassen Sie das Gert vollstndig abkhlen. Achten Sie darauf, dass keine Feuchtigkeit ins

Gerteinnere gelangt.

Reinigen des Gerteinneren:

Bei jedem Laminieren lagern sich Verunreinigungenauf den Rollen im Inneren des Laminiergertes ab.Dadurch sinkt die Leistungsfhigkeit des Laminier-gertes im Laufe der Zeit. Sie sollten die Rollen imInneren des Laminiergertes daher nach demGebrauch reinigen.

Bereiten Sie das Gert so weit vor, wie in Kapi-tel Heilaminieren vorbereiten beschrieben,bis die grne Indikationsleuchte Betriebsbe-

reit y leuchtet.

Fhren Sie dann ein in der Mitte gefaltetes BlattDIN A3-Papier (Strke maximal 1,0 mm)

ohne Folientasche und mit dem Falz voran

langsam in den Schlitz fr manuelle Folienzu-

fuhrt ein.

Lassen Sie das Blatt los, sobald Sie merken,dass es automatisch eingezogen wird.

Die Verunreinigungen auf den Rollen im Innerendes Laminiergertes setzen sich nun auf dem

Blatt Papier fest. Das Papier wird aus dem Folien-Schlitza des Laminiergertes ausgegeben.

Wiederholen Sie die Reinigung mehrmals.Nehmen Sie bei jedem Mal ein neues, saube-res Blatt Papier.

Wenn Sie auf dem Papier keine Verunreinigun-gen mehr sehen, so sind die Rollen im Innerendes Laminiergertes sauber.

Aufbewahren

Lassen Sie das Gert erst vollstndig auskhlen,bevor Sie es wegstellen.

Lagern Sie das Laminiergert nicht anfeuchten Orten, da sonst Feuchtigkeit indas Gerteinnere eindringen kann(z. B. Kellerrume)!

Entsorgen

Werfen Sie das Gert keinesfalls in dennormalen Hausmll. Dieses Produktunterliegt der europischen Richtlinie2012/19/EU.

Entsorgen Sie das Gert ber einen zugelassenenEntsorgungsbetrieb oder ber Ihre kommunaleEntsorgungseinrichtung.Beachten Sie die aktuell geltenden Vorschriften.Setzen Sie sich im Zweifelsfall mit Ihrer Entsorgungs-einrichtung in Verbindung.

Fhren Sie alle Verpackungsmaterialien

einer umweltgerechten Entsorgung zu.
