1) The client will be conducting the interviews before hiring the resources.

2) Resources will be able to work on the client Time zone irrespective of the geographical location and time.

3) Resources will be directly coordinating with the client and will be available on Skype during working hours,

organization. Due to the primitive technologies, they

had many limitations like web access mobility, digital

signature, photo capture integration etc. which was

The new “Head to the Heart” portal was created

keeping every employee’s need in mind. The portal

provided registered employees with an easy access to

the required content. The structure of “Head to the

Heart” portal makes it simple for employees to find

information or access photos, blogs, discussions and

other details that were already shared on the portal by

other users.

Security throughout the portal was simplified, making

it easier for employees to request access. Only admin

had access to modify security settings ensuring a

higher order of compliance and risk management. Any

new registration required a unique Id that was

provided to every employee by the Bank directly prior

to registration. This code allowed multiple registration

by the employee and their family members.

“Let’s Talk” module in the portal provides access to all

the registered users to submit a new topic and add

comments. The users also had provision to reply to the

existing conversations. We also created a page for the

users to register in various events. They could also see

a detailed list of all the events along with the respective

pricing and address of the exact locations. The users

also had a provision to like and upload their pictures on

the portal through the Gallery Page and share their

experiences via. Blog Spot.

Solution:

Leveraging Rigel Networks’ managed services & project

engineering team, the client’s migration project was

planned, scheduled & executed within 7 days from

acceptance of the proposal.

We registered Office 365 portal & migrated 200

mailboxes with around 300 GB of mailbox database.

Cloud identity was selected to set up and manage user

accounts, i.e. no on-premise servers were required.

The accounts were stored in cloud-based user

authentication service Azure Active Directory.

Our IT engineer configured Directory Synchronization

Tool to sync the on-premises domain controller

passwords with office 365 mailbox login. The

migration of all the mailboxes was done using cut over

Office 365 migration process. After the migration, we

did the decommission process of on-premise Exchange

Server 2010.

Along with this, as per the client’s need, we installed a

new server with windows server 2012 and configured

additional domain controller. We migrated all the

FSMO roles to new 2012 domain controller and did the

decommission process for the existing 2003 domain

controller.
