President’s Letter
Brother's, March is around the corner which means we will be busy with parades and celebrations. This year Paul “Tilly” Doris will be the Grand Marshall of the Philadelphia Parade. Let’s all make a big effort to sup-port him by marching in the parade this year which will be Sunday the 13th. Details of this and more will be discussed at our March meeting to be held on Friday the 4th at 8:00 PM. I hope to see you all there. In our motto, Sean Kearns President Division 61

Steward’s Message - Another month has past, hope everyone is healthy! Club news is
we got an AED machin installed and its set up and ready to use. Hopefully we’ll never have to use it. As always come on out and greet your friends at the bar and have a few laughs and a few drinks to celebrate the St. Patrick’s Day season.
We also still have the Flyers specials in effect.
St. Patrick’s Day Parade
The 246th Philadelphia St. Patrick’s Day Parade will be held on Sunday, March 13th. This year the parade Grand Marshall is none other than our own Tilly. The parade uniform has changed this year and all jacket orders should have been made by all members by now. If you have placed an order for a jacket and have not paid off the balance, please do so as soon as possible. The dress code for the parade is the black jacket, black dress pants and black shoes with a jeff cap. As a reminder the jackets will NOT BE given out unless paid in full! Balances can be paid off at our March meeting on Friday the 4th. Also please turn in your money and parade chances at March in addition to any bottle donations you may have. Please make every effort to support and march in the parade since our own member is the Grand Marshall and this year marks the 100 Year Anniversary of the 1916 Irish In-dependence. Please attend the meeting for more information and pay attention to emails
for our report time on Sunday the 13th.
DUES
2016 Dues are now being collected. Dues are $45.00, if they are not paid by the April Meeting (April 1st) they will increase to $50.00. Duues
may be paid at meetings, dropped off to the club in an envelope with your name and the amount
or mailed to AOH Division 61 4131 Rhawn Street, Philadelphia, PA 19136.

and that you continue to live in Friendship, Unity, and Christian Charity.
Irish Music
Irish Music will be held the third Friday, March 18th. Musical per-formance—TBA
Quizzo is currently on a hiatus, please pay attention to the newsletter for when it will return.
On Sunday, March 4th the annual Hibernian Mass will be held at 10:00 AM at St. Malachy’s Church, located at 1429 North 11 St. Philadel-phia, PA 19122. The church itself was built in the 1850’s by Irish im-migrants who escaped the famine only to experience great prejudice in the form of the Know Nothings riots. The church is a standing testa-ment to the spirt and fortitude of our Irish ancestors and retains the original craftsmanship from the hand laid tile work on the Book of Kells to the symbols of prosperity and faith. Please make every effort to
attend this mass.
