The WNA APRN Forum 31st Annual Pharmacology & Clinical Update is jointly provided by the Wisconsin Nurses Association and the Wisconsin Chapter of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Wisconsin Nurses Association is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Montana Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Continuing Nursing Education CreditThis conference offers participants up to 19.0 contact hours of continuing nursing education (CNE) credit. Participants MUST complete the online program evaluation for the overall conference and each session attended by the due date to receive CNE credit. The number of ‘Pharmacology’ contact hours available for a given session is noted in parentheses next to the session title whenever applicable. Estimates for pharmacology credit were based on information submitted by presenters; attendees must determine whether the content provided meets the specific requirements of their certifying or licensing body.
Online Evaluation – Required to receive CNE CertificateTo receive CNE credit, participants must complete the online program evaluation for the overall conference and each session attended by May 1, 2017. The online evaluation form is available at the web address below. You will need your conference registration ID number to access/begin the evaluation form (found on your registration confirmation email or conference nametag). If you are unable to finish the evaluation form in one sitting, use the ‘Save’ button at the bottom to receive an emailed link to your form to complete it later. Do not use the ‘Submit’ button until you have completed the evaluations for ALL sessions you attended. A Certificate of Completion listing the sessions completed and number of contact hours earned will be emailed to you immediately after you ‘Submit’ the online evaluation.
