After the opening speeches, carers were invited to attend a number of workshops that hadbeen organised. These were Fire Safety, a talk with Age Cymru and Trading Standards officefrom PCC. In addition to the workshops, information stands from a range of agencies thatsupport carers were present at the event.

At lunch time, carers were treated to a fantastic buffet lunch, provided by Kay (Cricket Club)which was well received by all.

PCISS would like to thank all the carers, stallholders and workshop speakers for attending ourevent and making it such a great success - and the Cricket Club and Kay for their help!

At the end of the day, carers were asked for their feedback on the event; this feedback helps us plan future events.

Fantastic Carers Rights Day Event!Carers Rights Day 2019, which took place on 20th November, saw a very successful and wellattended event. The event was organised by Pembrokeshire Carers Information and SupportService (PCISS).

This year’s event took place at Haverfordwest Cricket Club, where unpaid carers were invitedto come together to obtain information and guidance that would help them in their caring role.Carers were welcomed to the event by Sharon Houghton, Registered Manager for HafalCrossroads.

Young Carers Awareness Day 2020January 30th is Young Carers Awareness Day – an annual, national event led bythe Carers Trust.

What is Young Carers Awareness Day about?

Young Carers Awareness Day raises awareness of thechallenges faced by young carers and is an opportunity tocampaign for greater support for them.

This year, Carers Trust has launched the Count Me In!campaign asking education providers to do more to identify young carers and to make surethat they are recognised and supported. This includes making sure that more young carersknow how to access their local young carers service.

What is a young carer and who are they?

The Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 defines a carer as, ‘a person whoprovides or intends to provide care for an adult or disabled child’ – there is no minimumamount of hours an individual must be providing care to be recognised as a carer. A youngcarer is defined as being under the age of 18 years old. Carers’ roles will vary but may includecarrying out household tasks such as managing the family budget, cooking and cleaning whileothers may also help an individual get dressed, wash or take their medication.

The most recent survey of children aged 11-16 in Wales found 16% identified themselves ashaving some form of caring responsibility for a family member with disability, physical ormental illness. The National Survey for Wales found 6% of over 16s were caring for a familymember or friend for over 20 hours a week. Those living in the less affluent areas were morelikely to have a caring responsibility. This may be an underrepresentation of the number ofyoung carers in Wales as not all individuals with caring roles will identify themselves as acarer.

How is Hafal helping young carers?

Hafal is registered charity in Wales which provides practicalsupport, information and assistance to unpaid carers of all ages.Hafal also provides respite care at home, to give carers theopportunity to have a break. Services are currently availableacross the Hywel Dda University Health Board and PowysTeaching Health Board areas, and the local authorities ofCeredigion, Pembrokeshire and Powys.

For those caring for an individual with serious mental illness, Hafal have also created a ‘TenPoint Plan’ with the input and experience of over 400 carer members at Hafal. This aims tooffer practical, positive advice on how to work towards the best possible quality of life foryourself and the individual you care for.

Hafal’s Mental Health Wales website also provides advice and guidance on carers’ legal rightsin Wales.

Hynt is a membership card scheme and cardholders are entitled to a ticket freeof charge as a personal assistant or carer at all theatres and arts centresparticipating in the scheme.

Eligibility Criteria and Supporting Evidence:As part of the Hynt application process you will need to include evidencedemonstrating that you, or the person you are completing the application for,meets the eligibility criteria by being in receipt of any of the following benefits:-

• Enhanced or Standard PIP Daily Living Component

• High or Middle rate DLA Care Component

• High Rate Attendance Allowance

• Certificate of Visual Impairment

• War Disablement Pension

• Armed Forces Independence Payment

• Direct Payments

• Social Services Care Package

• Continuous Healthcare Package

• Dual Sensory Impairment.

You will need to provide paperwork confirming that you, or the person you areapplying for, are in receipt of one of the benefits listed in the critieria: either:-

• A letter from DWP confirming receipt of one of the benefits listed or

• A letter from Local Authority confirming receipt of care package or

• A Certificate of Visual Impairment.

Since launching the Carers Recognition Card four years ago, many unpaidcarers in Pembrokeshire have had access to a host benefits and discountswithin the county. We have had great feedback from carers who have thiscard:

We currently have spaces available for new clients to attend our Saturday Club in MilfordHaven. The Club is especially for people living with Alzheimer’s, Dementia or other cognitiveand memory problems. The Club offers therapeutic activities, a ‘change of scene’ and socialopportunities for the people who attend while, at the same time, giving their carers sometime away from their caring responsibilities.

All clubs are staffed by care support workers who have received additional training to carefor people with dementia and may incorporate activities such as gentle exercise, cognitivestimulation therapy, arts and crafts, music and games.

To be able to attend the club, the cared for will need to have a home assessment in the firstinstance.

A New Support Group for Men who are Informal Carers inPembrokeshireDo you care for a family member or friend with a life-limiting illness?

We are forming a new Pembrokeshire-based Social Support Group for men of all ages in2020, which will meet monthly and plan activities to do together like:

• Short walks• Talks on positive health• Bread making and cooking• Cinema, plays and music

The Group will be self-supported through donations (this could be your time, skills you canshare, hosting a meeting or a few bob to contribute towards venues and travel for guestspeakers).

The Carers Emergency Card is a free service for unpaid carers.

Carers carry a card which has a unique identification number and a 24hr emergencytelephone number on it. If a carer has an accident/emergency or is taken seriously ill, thenthe card can be used to alert a call centre to the fact that the person they care for needshelp. Steps are then taken to ensure the safety of the person cared for.

If you have a mobile phone you may be aware of a campaign conceived by a paramediccalled ICE (In Case of Emergency). This encourages people to enter emergency contact/sinto their phone address book: another way of providing peace of mind for carers and thecared for.

Simply store the word ICE in your mobile phone address book and against it enter thenumber of the person you would want to be contacted ‘in case of an emergency’.

In an emergency situation, ambulance staff, police, etc. will then be able to quickly find whoyour contacts and next of kin are and be able to contact them. You can list multiplecontacts, for example ICE1, ICE2, etc.

ICE cannot be used if your mobile phone is locked with a password. In response to thisproblem, many device manufacturers have provided a mechanism to specify some text tobe displayed whilst the phone is in a locked state; you could specify your ICE contact inthis text. It is best to check your instruction manual or contact your mobile provider forfurther advice.

Welsh Water Assist Scheme

Did you know that as a household customer of Welsh Water you may be entitled to helpwith your water rates?

If a member of your household is in receipt of certain benefits and has a medicalcondition that causes you to use a significant amount of extra water (conditions such asincontinence, bowel conditions, certain skin conditions, etc.), then it is highly likely youcould be eligible for help towards the cost of your water.

The Lions Club ‘Message in a Bottle scheme is a simple idea designedto encourage people to keep their personal and medical details on astandard form and in a common location such as the fridge.

This can be really helpful if the person you can for has a condition that can suddenlychange, in that they need medical help, such as diabetes or allergies.

The bottles are supplied free of charge, you can pick one up from health centres, GPsurgeries, your local pharmacist or they are supplied directly from any Lions Club.

You will be given a sticker with the bottle, which you display in a prominent position and soparamedics, police, fire-fighters and social services etc, will know to look in the fridge toaccess the details.

Have you registered as a carer at your GP surgery? The Investors in Carers scheme works with GP surgeries and otherplaces to help more carers see themselves as carers and be able tofind out about the information and support available from a wide rangeof organisations in Pembrokeshire. Ask at the reception desk in yourGP Surgery for information about registering as a carer and finding outmore about the help and support that might be available to you.Perhaps you know of a relative, friend or neighbour in this sort ofsituation; you might be able to help them by passing on thisinformation.

Gentle Reminder If you are already registered as a carer at your GP surgery and there isa change in your circumstances it would be helpful to let your surgeryknow so that they can keep their records up to date. Thank you!

Welsh National Exercise Referral Scheme (NERS) is a Welsh Government fundedscheme developed to standardise exercise referral opportunities across local authoritiesand health boards in Wales. We provide access to high quality supervised exercise programmes for adults to improve their health and wellbeing.

The Scheme is aimed at those who:

• Are at risk of developing a chronic condition• Have a medical condition which will improve with exercise• Would benefit from regular physical activity.

Programmes are between 16 and 48 weeks (depending on medical condition).

Here in Pembrokeshire there are a wide range of activities, both gym - and class-based, tochoose from:

Gym Sessions, Gentle Exercise Classes, Walking Groups, Pilates, Aqua Therapy (Milford),Back Classes, Stroke Classes, Balance Classes, Cardiac Classes, Easyline Classes(Haverfordwest).

How do I access the scheme?

If you are 17 and over then speak to your health professional. This can be your GP,practice nurse, specialist nurse or physiotherapist. Your health professional will complete areferral form and send it to us. Once processed we will be in touch with information aboutthe next steps to organise your initial consultation.

Carers Passport to Leisure CentreDo you care for someone?

As an unpaid carer would you like to use the Pembrokeshire CountyCouncil leisure facilities more often?

To be eligible for concessionary rates at Pembrokeshire Leisure facilities throughout the County, carers just need to complete a Pembrokeshire Leisure registration form (from anyleisure centre) and bring their Carers Recognition Card (from PCISS) to the reception deskat the Leisure Centre and the receptionist will set up the membership. At present there are anumber of six-month free carer memberships available.

Passport to Leisure is available to all un-paid carers who live in Pembrokeshire. Once registered carers are eligible to discounted fees for a range of activities at their local leisurecentre. Registered Passport to Leisure carers are also able to access our membershipscheme, which can be paid as an annual one off payment or by monthly payments. Themembership includes:

• Fitness Suite Sessions (all times)• Fitness Classes (up to 4pm Monday—Sunday)• Racket Sports (up to 4pm Monday—Sunday)

• Public Swimming (all sessions)• Health Suite

• Health Checks• Exercise Programmes

Top tips for saving energyBy following these simple steps around the home you can stay comfortable and save moneyon your energy bills.

Take control of your heating:- If you turn your thermostat down by just 1 degree C, you will cut your heating bill by up to 10per cent, saving around £80 per year. If you have a timer, set your heating and hot water tocome on when you’re at home rather than all the time. The thermostat should be set to thelowest comfortable temperature, normally between 18 and 21 degrees.

Shorter showers:- Spending one minute less in your shower will save you £7 off your engery bills each year,per person. With a water meter this will save a further £7 off annual water and seweragebills, and if everyone in a four person family did this it would lead to a total saving of nearly£80 a year (approx.).

Switch to LEDs:- If you replace a halogen bulb with an equivalent LED, you will save around £90 approx. in electricity costs over the lifetime of the bulb.

Line dry clothes:- You can save £30 a year in electricity by line drying clothes instead of using a tumble dryer.

Wash at 30 degrees:-If you set your washing machine to wash at 30 degrees, rather than a higher temperatureyou will save £6 a year and use 40 per cent less electricity.

Turn off lights:- Turning off lights when you’re not using them will save you around £14 on your annualenergy bills.

Get the boiling point:- If you fill the kettle up with only as much water as you need, you will save £7 in energy bills ayear.

Switch off standby:- You can save around £30 a year just by remembering to turn your appliances off standbymode. Almost all electrical and electronic appliances can be turned off at the plug withoutupsetting their programming.

Pembrokeshire Carers Information and Support Service (PCISS) has been providing information and support to unpaid Carers since 2016.

We invite all unpaid adult Carers in Pembrokeshire to register with our service.

As well as the quarterly Carers Gazette, we also offer Carers the Carers Emergency BackUp Scheme, Carers Recognition Card and, together with our partners, provide a number of free events such as Carers Week and Carers Rights Day.

The PCISS Carers Outreach service offers a wide range of information to Carers on anindividual basis, advising you of your rights and signposting you to other sources of support.

At our offices in Crossroads House, Merlins Hill, Haverfordwest we have a Carers’Drop-in Centre, where carers are welcome to call in for information and a chat. The Centre is open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. We are next to the fire station and have freeon-road parking outside, with a designated bay for disabled visitors.

Pan fydd person yn dod yn ofalwr, mae’n medru bod yn brofiad heriol ondyn brofiad gwerth chweil hefyd. Mae’n aml yn anodd cydnabod eich bod

wedi dod yn ofalwr ac yna derbyn bod anghenion eich hun gennych. Maedod yn ofalwr yn aml yn medru digwydd yn ddirybudd, ac felly, nid oesllawer o amser i ystyried sut y mae hyn yn effeithio ar eich bywyd, neu

efallai bod hyn wedi digwydd dros amser a’ch bod yn ymgymryd â’r rôl ynsgil y cariad a’r ymdeimlad o ddyletswydd yr ydych yn teimlo. Wedi’r

cyfan, mae’n medru teimlo fel y peth mwyaf naturiol i ofalu am berthynasneu ffrind.

Mae gofalu am rywun arall yn medru bod yn waith anodd, sy’n achosistraen, a thrallod ariannol, corfforol a meddyliol i’r gofalwr. Mae llawer oofalwyr yn medru teimlo eu bod wedi eu hynysu, yn unig, a heb unman i

droi. Mae Gwasanaeth Gwybodaeth a Chymorth i Ofalwyr Sir Benfro(PCISS) yma i helpu. Yn ogystal â chynnig clust i wrando a chefnogaeth,rydym yn cynnig pecyn gwybodaeth y mae modd ei deilwra ar gyfer eichanghenion, gan gynnwys cyngor ar Asesiadau Gofalwyr, ac mae modd

Yn dilyn yr anerchiadau agoriadol, gwahoddwyd gofalwyr i fynychu nifer o weithdai a oeddwedi eu trefnu. Roedd y rhain yn cynnwys Diogelwch Tân, anerchiad gan Age Cymru aswyddfa Safonau Masnach Cyngor Sir Benfro. Yn ogystal â’r gweithdai, roedd yna stondinaugwybodaeth gan ystod o asiantaethau sydd yn cefnogi gofalwyr a oedd hefyd wedi mynychu’rdigwyddiad.

Yn ystod amser cinio, cafodd y gofalwyr eu trin i ginio bwffe ffantastig, a ddarparwyd gan Kay (Clwb Criced) ac roedd pawb yn ei werthfawrogi.

Hoffai’r PCISS ddiolch i’r holl ofalwyr, stondinwyr a’r siaradwyr gwadd yn y gweithdai amfynychu’r digwyddiad a’i wneud yn gymaint o lwyddiant – a’r Clwb Criced a Kay am eu help!Ar ddiwedd y dydd, gofynnwyd i’r gofalwyr am eu hadborth am y digwyddiad; mae’r adborthhwn yn ein helpu ni drefnu digwyddiadau ar gyfer y dyfodol.

Trefnwyd y digwyddiad gan WasanaethGwybodaeth a Chymorth i Ofalwyr Sir Benfro (PCISS).Roedd y digwyddiad eleni wedi ei gynnal yng Nghlwb Criced Hwlffordd, lle y gwahoddwydgofalwyr di-dâl i ddod ynghyd er mwyn derbyn gwybodaeth a chyfarwyddyd a fyddai’n eu helpugyda’u rôl gofalu. Croesawyd gofalwyr i’r digwyddiad gan Sharon Houghton, RheolwrCofrestredig, ar gyfer Hafal Croesffyrdd.

Roedd yna ddiwrnod prysur wedi ei drefnu.

Diwrnod Ymwybyddiaeth Gofalwyr Ifanc 202030ain Ionawr yw Diwrnod Ymwybyddiaeth Gofalwyr Ifanc – sef digwyddiadblynyddol a chenedlaethol sydd yn cael ei arwain gan yr YmddiriedolaethGofalwyr.

Beth yw’r Diwrnod Ymwybyddiaeth Gofalwyr Ifanc?

Mae’r Diwrnod Ymwybyddiaeth Gofalwyr Ifanc yn codiymwybyddiaeth o’r heriau y mae pobl ifanc yn wynebu ac ynymgyrchu o blaid rhoi mwy o gymorth iddynt.

Eleni, mae’r Ymddiriedolaeth Gofalwyr wedi lansio’r ymgyrch Count Me In! sydd yn gofyn iddarparwyr addysg i wneud mwy i adnabod gofalwyr ifanc a sicrhau eu bod yn cael eucydnabod a’u cefnogi. Mae hyn yn cynnwys sicrhau bod gofalwyr ifanc yn gwybod sut i gaelmynediad at y gwasanaeth gofalwyr ifanc lleol.

Beth yw gofalwr ifanc a phwy yw’r gofalwyr ifanc?

Mae’r Ddeddf Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol a Llesiant (Cymru) 2014 yn diffinio gofalwr fel‘person sydd yn darparu neu’n bwriadu darparu gofal i oedolyn neu blentyn anabl’ – nid oesisafswm o ran yr oriau y mae’n rhaid i unigolyn ddarparu gofal er mwyn cael ei adnabod felgofalwr. Mae gofalwr ifanc yn cael ei ddiffinio fel rhywun sydd o dan 18 mlwydd oed. Bydd rôlGofalwyr yn amrywio ond mae’n medru cynnwys ymgymryd â thasgau bob dydd yn y tŷ felrheoli cyllideb y teulu, coginio a glanhau tra bod eraill yn medru helpu unigolyn i wisgo, golchineu gymryd meddyginiaeth.

Roedd yr arolwg diweddaraf o blant rhwng 11 a 16 yng Nghymru wedi canfod fod 16% o boblifanc yn ystyried eu bod yn meddu ar ryw fath o gyfrifoldeb gofalu am aelod teulu sydd aganabledd neu salwch corfforol neu feddyliol. Roedd Arolwg Cenedlaethol Cymru wedi canfodfod 6% o’r sawl dros 16 mlwydd oed yn gofalu am aelodau teulu neu ffrind am fwy nag 20 awryr wythnos. Mae’r rhai hynny sydd yn byw mewn ardaloedd llai cyfoethog yn fwy tebygol ofeddu ar gyfrifoldeb gofalu3. Efallai nad yw hyn gwbl gynrychioladol o’r nifer o ofalwyr ifancyng Nghymru gan na fydd yr holl unigolion sydd â rôl gofalu yn ystyried eu hunain yn ofalwyr.

Sut y mae Hafal yn helpu gofalwyr ifanc?

Mae Hafal yn elusen gofrestredig yng Nghymru sydd yn darparucymorth ymarferol, gwybodaeth a chefnogaeth i ofalwyr di-dâl obob oedran. Mae Hafal yn darparu gofal preswyl yn y cartref, ynrhoi’r cyfle i ofalwyr i gael cyfle i gael seibiant. Mae’rgwasanaethau sydd ar gael ar hyn o bryd ar draws ardaloeddBwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Hywel Dda a Bwrdd Iechyd Dysgu Powys, a’r ardaloedd ynawdurdodau lleol Ceredigion, Sir Benfro a Phowys.

I’r rhai hynny sydd yn gofalu am unigolyn ag afiechyd meddwl difrifol, mae Hafal hefyd wedicreu ‘Cynllun Deg Pwynt’ gyda mewnbwn a phrofiad mwy na 400 o aelodau sy’n ofalwyr ynHafal. Mae hyn yn ceisio cynnig cyngor ymarferol, positif ar sut i weithio tuag at sicrhau’ransawdd bywyd gorau i chi’ch hun a’r unigolyn yr ydych yn gofalu amdano.

Mae gwefan Iechyd Meddwl Cymru Hafal yn darparu’r cyngor a chanllawiau ar hawliaucyfreithiol gofalwyr yng Nghymru.

Ers lansio’r Cerdyn Cydnabod Gofalwyr pedair blynedd yn ôl, mae llawer o ofalwrdi-dâl yn Sir Benfro wedi cael mynediad at amryw o fuddiannau a gostyngiadau ofewn y sir. Rydym wedi derbyn adborth gwych gan ofalwyr sydd yn meddu ar ycerdyn:

Mae yna lefydd ar gael ar hyn o bryd i gleientiaid newydd i fynychu ein Clwb Sadwrn ynAberdaugleddau. Mae’r Clwb yn arbennig ar gyfer pobl sydd â phroblemau Alzheimer,Dementia neu unrhyw broblemau gwybyddol eraill neu rhai sydd yn ymwneud â’r cof. Mae’rClwb yn cynnig gweithgareddau therapiwtig, y cyfle i brofi sefyllfa wahanol a chyfleoeddcymdeithasol i bobl sydd yn mynychu, tra hefyd yn rhoi’r cyfle i ofalwyr i fwynhau amser iffwrdd o’u cyfrifoldebau gofalu.

Mae gofalwyr yn cario cerdyn sydd yn meddu ar rif adnabod unigryw a rhif ffôn argyfwng24 awr. Os yw gofalwr wedi cael damwain, mewn argyfwng neu’n ddifrifol wael, mae modddefnyddio’r rhif ar y cerdyn er mwyn rhoi gwybod i’r ganolfan fod y person y maent yngofalu amdano angen help. Mae camau yn cael eu cymryd wedyn er mwyn sicrhau bod yperson y maent yn gofalu amdano yn ddiogel.

Os oes ffôn mudol gennych, efallai eich bod yn ymwybodol o ymgyrch a luniwyd ganbarafeddyg o’r enw ICE (In Case of Emergency). Mae’n annog pobl i gofnodi manylioncyswllt unigolyn ar eu ffôn rhag ofn bod yna argyfwng. Mae hyn yn ffordd arall o roitawelwch meddwl i ofalwyr a’r sawl sydd yn derbyn y gofal.

Cofnodwch y gair ICE ar eich ffôn mudol a nodwch rif y person yr hoffech ieraill/gwasanaethau argyfwng gysylltu gyda hwy ‘os oes yna argyfwng’.

Yn y fath argyfwng, bydd staff ambiwlans, yr heddlu ayyb yn medru cysylltu gyda’r personhwnnw yn syth. Mae modd i chi gofnodi sawl cyswllt, ICE1, ICE2 ayyb.

Nid oes modd defnyddio ICE os yw eich ffôn mudol wedi ei gloi gyda chyfrinair. Er mwyndelio gyda hyn, mae rhai gwneuthurwyr yn cynnig ffordd i arddangos geiriau ar y sgrin trabod eich ffon wedi ei glo, ac felly, rydych yn medru arddangos eich cyswllt ICE. Dylechedrych ar gyfarwyddiadau eich ffôn neu mi ddylech gysylltu gyda darparwr eich ffôn mudolam gyngor pellach.

Fel cwsmer Dŵr Cymru, a oeddech yn gwybod eich bod yn gymwys efallai i dderbyn helpgyda’ch biliau dŵr?

Os yw aelod o’r aelwyd yn derbyn budd-daliadau penodol ac yn meddu ar gyflwrmeddygol sydd yn golygu bod angen defnyddio llawer iawn o ddŵr (cyflyrau felanymataliaeth, cyflyrau’n ymwneud â’r coluddyn, cyflyrau’r croen ayyb), yna mae’n hynoddebygol eich bod yn gymwys i dderbyn help gyda chost y dŵr.

Mae’r Cynllun Cenedlaethol i Atgyfeirio Pobl i Wneud Ymarfer Corff (NERS) yngynllun sydd wedi ei ariannu gan Lywodraeth Cymru a’i ddatblygu er mwyn cysoni’rcyfleoedd atgyfeirio o’r math yma ar draws awdurdodau lleol a byrddau iechyd yngNghymru. Rydym yn darparu mynediad at raglenni ymarfer safon uchel o danoruchwyliaeth i oedolion er mwyn gwella iechyd a lles.

Wedi ei anelu at y bobl hynny sydd:• Mewn risg o ddatblygu cyflwr cronig • Yn meddu ar gyflwr meddygol a fydd yn gwella wrth wneud ymarfer corff • Yn mynd i elwa o weithgarwch corfforol cyson

Mae’r rhaglenni rhwng 16 a 48 wythnos (gan ddibynnu ar y cyflwr meddygol).

Yma yn Sir Benfro, mae yna ystod o weithgareddau yn cael eu cynnal yn y gampfa ac felrhan o ddosbarthiadau ac mae modd dewis o:

Sesiynau yn y Gampfa, Sesiynau Cadw’n Heini Ysgafn, Grwpiau Cerdded, Pilates, Therapiyn y Dŵr (Aberdaugleddau), Dosbarthiadau Cefn, Dosbarthiadau Strôc, DosbarthiadauCydbwysedd, Dosbarthiadau Cardiaidd, Dosbarthiadau Easyline (Hwlffordd).

Sut wyf yn manteisio ar y cynllun?

Os ydych yn 17 mlwydd oed neu’n hŷn, siaradwch gyda’ch gweithiwr iechyd proffesiynol –eich Meddyg Teulu, nyrs yn y practis, nyrs arbenigol neu seicotherapydd. Bydd eichgweithiwr iechyd proffesiynol yn cwblhau ffurflen atgyfeirio ac yn ei danfon atom. Unwaith ybydd yn cael ei brosesu, byddwn yn cysylltu gyda chi er mwyn rhannu gwybodaeth am ycamau nesaf a threfnu eich ymgynghoriad cychwynnol.

Mae sylwadau gan gleientiaid sy’n deillio o holiaduron ar ddiwedd y 52 wythnos neu gangardiau sylw’r Awdurdod Lleol, yn cynnwys:

Fel gofalwr di-dâl, a hoffech ddefnyddio cyfleusterau hamdden CyngorSir Benfro yn fwy rheolaidd?

Er mwyn bod yn gymwys am brisiau consesiynol yng nghyfleusterau Hamdden Sir Benfroar hyd a lled y sir, rhaid i ofalwyr i gwblhau ffurflen gofrestru Hamdden Sir Fynwy (ar gael ounrhyw ganolfan hamdden) a chyflwyno’r Cerdyn Cydnabod Gofalwyr (gan PCISS) wrth yddesg groeso yn y Ganolfan Hamdden a bydd y derbynnydd yn eich cofrestru. Ar hyn obryd, mae sawl aelodaeth chwe mis am ddim ar gael i ofalwyr.

Tips allweddol ar gyfer arbed ynni Drwy ddilyn y camau syml yma o gwmpas y tŷ, byddwch yn medru aros yn gysurus ac arbedarian ar eich biliau ynni.

Rheolwch y system wresogi:- Os ydych yn gostwng eich thermostat o 1 gradd, byddwch yn lleihau eich bil gwresogi hyd at10 y cant, gan arbed tua £80 y flwyddyn. Os oes teclyn amser gennych, trefnwch fod ygwres a’r dŵr twym yn dod ymlaen pan fyddwch adref, yn hytrach na’u gadael ymlaen drwy’ramser. Dylid gosod y thermostat ar y tymheredd cyfforddus isaf posib, fel arfer rhwng 18 a21 gradd.

Cawodydd byrrach:- Bydd treulio un funud yn llai yn y gawod yn arbed £7 oddi ar eich bil ynni bob blwyddyn, ambob person. Os oes gennych fesurydd dŵr, byddwch hefyd yn medru arbed £7 ar eich biliaudŵr a charthffosiaeth, ac mewn teulu o bedwar person, gallwch arbed bron £80 y flwyddyn(ar gyfartaledd).

Newidiwch i ddefnyddio Deuodau Allyrru Golau (LEDs):- Os ydych yn cyfnewid bylb halogen am fylb LED, byddwch yn arbed tua £90 ar gyfartaleddmewn costau trydan dros fywyd y bylb.

Llinell dillad sych:- Rydych yn medru arbed £30 y flwyddyn mewn trydan drwy sychu eich dillad ar lein ddilladyn hytrach na defnyddio peiriant sychu dillad.

Golchwch ar 30 gradd:-Os ydych yn gosod eich peiriant ar 30 gradd yn hytrach na thymheredd uwch, rydych ynmedru arbed £6 y flwyddyn a defnyddio 40 y cant yn llai o drydan.

Diffoddwch y golau:- Diffoddwch y golau os nad ydych yn ei ddefnyddio a bydd hyn yn arbed tua £14 ar eichbiliau ynni blynyddol.

Y pwynt berwi:- Os ydych ond yn llenwi’r tegell gyda’r dŵr sydd ei angen, rydych yn medru £7 mewn biliauynni bob blwyddyn.

Diffoddwch y teclynnau’n llwyr:- Rydych yn medru arbed tua £30 y flwyddyn drwy gofio i ddiffodd eich teclynnau yn llwyr ynhytrach na’u gadael ar ‘standby’. Mae modd gwneud hyn gyda’r holl declynnau trydanol acelectronig heb effeithio ar y modd y maent wedi eu trefnu.
