At First, our homes are built for the selected few, who enjoy a sense of calm and quiet amidst lush green landscapes and cool water. Located near the Manas lake, it is surrounded by nature and we plan to plant over 200 trees on the property to make it the perfect private green estate.

Our location and design gives you an opportunity to be a part of a community but also places an emphasis on your privacy. With the unique design of our building, no home faces another, providing you not only with a sense of personal space but also allows for unrestricted views of the beautiful natural surroundings.

Every one of our three wings has a large exclusive lobby space, as well as individual elevators. Most homes have a private exclusive entry lobby and the passages connecting them have large open spaces on either side.

And while you have your own private estate away from the larger SKYi communities, all the same benefits such as stores and groceries are just a short walk away.
