Examples: Display brochures in pediatric waiting or exam rooms Include a campaign flyer in mailings to parents (i.e. birth
certificates) Include Milestone Moments booklets in new patient “welcome”
packets/ or “new mom” gift bags (encourage them to bring to every well-child visit)
Incorporate Milestone Checklists into the home visit or WIC certification visit (encourage staff to guide parent through checklist during visit)
