it is our great pleasure to invite you to participate in the annual Congress of the Kss 2018. Kss will be held from Thursday, november 1st to saturday november 3rd, 2018, at the grand hilton seoul, Korea.

over the past 70 years, the Korean surgical society has been dedicated to the advancement of medicine through continuous research and training on surgeons. our mission is to contribute to wellness of the human being through future-directed education, world leading-research, and people-oriented care in the field of surgery.

To make this happen, we have diverse academic programs with high standard and up-to-date sessions of prominent speakers. With more than 4,000 members, the 3 day-program includes lectures, symposia, policy sessions, multidisciplinary integration programs, and free oral and video presentations made by experts from all over the world. in addition, there are special programs for nurses and medical students like chief resident forum and residents technique competition.

More importantly, this international congress will give us an opportunity for sharing cutting-edge medical knowledge and valuable ideas as well as interacting with colleagues.

We believe that Kss 2018 will make innovation and further advancement in the scientific way and quality of studying surgery. in this regard, we encourage all our members to attend this upcoming congress to share our most recent discoveries and use this excellent opportunity for active discussion. as the theme of this conference, our society should be a cohesive body based on the diversity of each sub-specialized society.

【성상】 무색 또는 황갈색의 액이 무색투명한 바이알에 든 주사제 다만, 1년 이상 장기간 이 약을 투여하는 경우에는 이 약의

사용경험이 있는 의사의 감독 하에 anti-HBs의 농도를 유지하며 투여한다. 【효능·효과】 간이식환자에서 B형 간염의 재발 방지

【용법·용량】 다음의 투여 용량대로 10,000IU를 5% 포도당 주사액 150mL에 희석하여 점적 정맥주사 한다. •HBV-DNA(-),

배제할 수 없다. 따라서 혈우병환자 또는 면역기능이 현저히 저하된 환자는 A형간염 백신 등 적절한 백신접종이 권장되며, 동제제

투여 시 의사는 정기적으로 감염여부를 모니터해야 한다. 또한 사람 혈액을 원재료로 하고 있는 것에 의한 감염증 전파의 위험을

완전히 배제할 수 없으므로 투여 시 환자에게 충분히 설명을 하고 질병 치료상의 필요성을 충분히 검토한 후에 필요한 최소한의

사용에 그치도록 한다. 2) 이 약 투여를 통한 혈전증 발생 위험은 완전히 배제할 수 없으며, 위험요인 및 투여경로에 무관하게

발생할 수 있다. 고령자 등 혈전증 발생 위험요인(고령, 장기간 부동상태, 과응고 상태, 정맥 또는 동맥 혈전증 병력, 에스트로겐

사용, 중심정맥카테터 삽입, 고점도 및 심혈관장애 위험요인)이 있는 환자의 경우, 가능한 최소농도를 최저주입속도로 신중

투여하여야 한다. 또한 투여 전 환자가 적절한 수분을 섭취할 수 있도록 하여야 하며, 투여 후 혈전증 증상 및 징후를 관찰하고
