Our Sierra model was one of our first designs over forty years ago and was brought back several years ago due to the demand. This fits a great deal of custom homes with its modern design. Some customers will have the one slope roof built close to another structure to maximize their yard space.

Our Quaker model offers a 15” roof overhang off the front wall. We find that many customers purchase this shed as a poolside accent. This style is also common for a firewood shed option, bus stop or outdoor bar. It is a great finished look to any backyard.

Our finely crafted Gazebos are available in three different styles; Octagon, Oval and

Rectangular. They are offered in Vinyl, Pressure treated or Cedar. There are several

sizes to choose from in each style. Some of the more popular options many

customers choose to add are the screen package which provides you with

protection from bugs and extends the use of your gazebo into the evening hours

without worry. Optional benches around the outer edge provides built in seating for

an affordable cost. The optional pre-wired electric package allows your electrician

to easily add lighting or a fan to enhance your gazebo for those warm summer

nights. Whether it is a 6’ Octagon as an accent to a landscape or a 30’ Oval to

provide a wonderful outdoor retreat, you are sure to be more than satisfied. These

offer beauty and protection from the outdoor elements throughout the seasons. All

that is left to do is pick your style, size, and location and let us take care of the rest.

Our Pergolas provide the perfect

outdoor retreat feel to any backyard

here in New England. They are available

in vinyl, cedar or pressure treated

lumber. These allow for a completely

open feel while still providing some

shade. We very commonly see these

ordered for around a fire pit or right off

the pool over a beautiful patio.

Our Pavilions allow the same feel as a

Pergola, however they have a

completely covered roof. We offer many

sizes, finishes and roof styles. They

seem to be a more popular leisure space

for all the New England seasons. You

can feel at ease knowing you have a

shaded area in the sun and dry area in

the rain or snow.

Be Ready for Your New Shed

• The site must be a fairly level, firm and free of all overhead

obstructions with 2 ½’ clearance at the front and rear and

1 ½’ on both gable ends. Visualize the four corners of the

shed. The highest ground corner to the lowest ground corner

cannot drop more than 12”(1’) in elevation. If the site doesn't

meet these requirements there are several things that can be

done. Please call the main office with any concerns or

questions and we can usually talk you through the process, or

come to your home for a free site evaluation. We level our

sheds on cement blocks off the ground for airflow. Cement

blocks are included in the price and are used on any shed not

being installed on a permanent foundation.

• We require adequate access to the site as well as parking for

our truck & trailer. Please contact our office if you have any

concerns with inclines, stairs or other hazards potentially

limiting access to your shed site.

• Our sheds are constructed onsite which allows us to access

areas that are located within a fenced in property.
