If you are experiencing symptoms of anxiety and/or depression during

pregnancy it’s recommended that you take professional help from a local

counselor.

If everything is okay with you and you have the green signal from your doctor, you

should do light exercises like antenatal yoga. This increases the level of energy in the

body and boosts the production of feel-good dopamine hormones.

of stress in your workplace

during pregnancy.

Make sure you have an open dialogue with your boss that

you are pregnant and

that you need to take lighter

workload and may even cut

down your work hours if needed.
