Antonio plans on attending Orange Coast College after graduation and eventually transferring to Cal State Long Beach University where he would like to major in Kinesiology. Antonio also works at Stater Bros Grocery Store in Cypress, CA as a courtesy clerk part time during the week and weekends. Along with school and work, Antonio finds time to help children develop mentally and physically as a coach of the Lil’ Hooper’s (5-6 years old) at the Next Level Sport Complex in Garden Grove. Antonio loves Zoe and says he is blessed to have such an awesome church home where he was baptized and accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior and was also taught to seek a personal relationship with the Father. One of his greatest desires is to encourage and witness to fatherless young men about trusting and depending on God, because he too grew up in a single parent home. Even though his biological father was not always with him, he learned early on and can testify how God always took care of him! SEPT 8 - 10 WOMEN’S ENCOUNTER SEPT 15 - 17 MEN’S ENCOUNTER SEPT 22 LATE NIGHT PRAYER JAMAICA MISSIONS TRIP SUCCESS In July, a team of youth and young adults returned from a missions trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica. The lives of those on the island as well as those on the team will never be the same. While doing spontaneous ministry in the streets of Montego Bay, the team received an invitation to minister at a school where 1,000 children made the decision to give their lives to Christ. The team was also able to minister healing to a child with a crippled hand and one who had not walked since a car accident and saw them both restored by God. There are many more similar stories shared by the team! We are so grateful for the youth and young adults who said yes to God on the mission field, and led 1,226 people to the Lord. Many of the team have sensed a call to continue to minister and encourage youth here at home to pursue God’s purpose for their lives. AMI FUNDRAISER BREAKFAST POSTPONED The AMI Breakfast event scheduled on August 12 has been postponed. In the meantime, we are scheduling a series of intimate gatherings to share AMI news, meet missionaries and provide connection opportunities to existing and new partners. Affirmation Scripture: “… but the just shall live by HIS faith.” Habakkuk 2:4 KJV

Personal Daily Affirmation: “I will purpose to act and speak my faith as I pursue what I believe.” Foundations for Faith by Kenneth Hagin Faith is the foundation of the Christian life. Yet many believers don't fully understand what true Bible faith is. Rev. Kenneth E. Hagin's study guide, Foundations for Faith, teaches the basic principles of faith and discusses why faith is the key to receiving from God. It helps answer questions such as What is a God-kind of faith? and What does it mean to believe with the heart? This book can be purchased at the Zoe Bookstore today.
