When a person choose to defy authority and rules because of what you believe is right it doesn’t always end well, but that doesn’t mean they were in the wrong.

From the beginning of the play and one of the main themes of it was Antigone deciding to go against Creon’s ruling and burry her brother.

It happens everyday really. Someone says that some else isn’t allowed to do something and they choose to fight it no matter the consequences they may face.

In Pakistan a young girl wished to go to school and to be eduacated even though where she lived it wasn’t approved of. She voiced her opinions and chose to fight the rules, and although she had a clear idea of how it might end she did it anyway. The result was her getting shot in the head with the Taliban determined to kill her.
