MY SUPERHERO INSPIRATION

Going back to my super hero, I was inspired by Dhalsim, a street fighter character that was strong and funny!

WHAT IS CHAKRA?

I explained last time that “chakras” were the “energy points” of your body. It’s the connexions between your physical body and inner body.

WHAT IS ANTI-CHAKRA?

All the colors of the chakras are mixed together and placed randomly on the body. Each chakra, when touched will play a sound.---> Create a anti-stress experience in funny way---> For anyone who wants to feel power and release their stress with movement and music.
