VIC 3125 Fernando Cortizo BSc (Hons), PhD Luis Vitetta BSc (Hons), PhD, Grad Dip (Nutr & Environ Med) Dr Cortizo completed his PhD at Monash University in the Department of Biochemistry. He gained significant expertise in endocrinology, specializing in hormone-receptor interaction both in muscle and fat tissue. Dr Cortizo has worked at the Alfred Hospital and Monash Medical School. At the moment he is specializing in the fields of microbiology and biotechnology. Associate Professor Dr Luis Vitetta is currently a Senior Research Fellow with the Centre for Molecular Biology and Medicine at the Epworth Medical Centre in Melbourne. Dr Vitetta is a PhD Graduate from the Department of Surgery - Faculty of Medicine, University of Melbourne (1985). He is Honorary Associate Professor with the Department of Medicine, Monash University. Professor Allen is Adjunct Professor, National Institute of Integrative Medicine [2005]. He specialises in Nutritional & Environmental Medicine. He was a founding member of the Australian College for Advancement in Medicine and Australian College of Nutritional & Environmental Medicine, where he was also Chairman of the Board (1980 1991). Fernando Cortizo BSc (Hons), PhD

Dr Cortizo completed his PhD at Monash University in the Department of Biochemistry.
