AN ADULT MALE PATIENT VISITED TO OUR CLINIC WITH THE
REMOVABLE DENTURE.
He had tooth loss due to accident before two years.
He had lack of confidence and difficulty in function such as speech, smile.
Examination and investigation were done.
PRE-OPERATIVE VIEW
The treatment plan was discussed with him.
Finally the patient decided for the long time permanent solution replacing the tooth with
the immediate loading basal implants.
