Antenna Control Unit ACU 5020 for Mobile Uplinks ACU 5020 for Mobile Uplinks ND SatCom has been designing and manufacturing satellite network components continuously for more than 25 years. Our ACU 5020 controller is easy to operate by non-satellite operators. The powerful and robust automatic pointing algorithm aligns the antenna within less than 10 minutes to the selected satellite. The ACU 5020 unit is field tested and provides a user-friendly interface enabling the control of azimuth, elevation and polarization for the deployment and operation of the ND SatCom SKYRAY Compact and SKYRAY MAS Antenna Subsystems. The remote operator can remotely supervise and control the ACU 5020 via the web or via a connected ND SatCom Monitor & Control system. The Auto Pointing System uses the ND SatCom SKYWAN satellite modem or an external IRD for DVB-S/S2 carrier detection. Optional, the ACU 5020 is able to control an ND SatCom HPA (i.e. 400W). This feature saves an additional HPA controller in the SNG vehicle.
