CPC credential (CPC-A)
until they have the 2
year experience
Electronic Medical Records
An electronic medical record is
the computerized version of the
traditional chart Electronic
versions allow medical
professionals to zoom in on the
precise information they need
to provide the best possible
care to their patients This
course will introduce students
to the medical record formats
numbering and filing systems
storage and retrieval systems
as well as legal requirements
for maintaining medical
records
