    The ventilation unit with an incorporated active cooling circuit, ANTARES - C, in addition to promoting healthy ventilation inside the rooms, supplies air at a temperature up to 8°C lower than the outside temperature.

    The unit consists of:

    • Ventilation unit with high-performance supply and return plug fan fans for nominal volumetric flow rates of 120 m3/h and head of 50 Pa, with the possibility of reaching up to 280 m3/h, with reduced energy consumption thanks to the electronically controlled motors.

    • Module with active cooling circuit equipped with horizontal compressor to limit the height of the space

    The machine does not need to drain condensate as it is vaporized in the expelled air.Recommended unit for the booths with a total volume of 15 m3 The air flow can go from a minimum of 120 m3/h to a maximum of 240 m3/h with a set point that can be set from 21°C to 25°C.

    The air distribution must be as uniform as possible inside the box with a careful choice of diffusers and the use of insulated channels to avoid condensation.It is recommended to limit number of bends in the air distribution duct work in order to maintain cooling performance levels and contain the pressure drop and consequently the noise levels.For the installation, it is recommended to use some type of damper/vibration absorbers (installer care) to avoid direct contact between the unit sheet metal and the room structure which may result in transmission of noise and/or vibrations.

    It is a sanitization and decontamination module with cold plasma technology, for the purification and decontamination of the aeraulic ducts, specially designed to be easily installed wherever you want to prevent or eliminate the formation of bacterial colonies on the duct surfaces.The sanitization technology developed for the medical sector is a simple and essential module that is made available for residential environments and is designed for the integrated management of VMC systems. The control and functions can be controlled remotely by the system heat recovery unit.

    The main features of the AERONIX module are:• High efficiency: reduction of microbial load and volatile organic compounds up to 99%;• Low energy consumption: from 20VA;• Strong deodorant action: eliminates odors from the air in transit;• Natural process: does not use or produce residual chemicals

    It can be used in any type of VMC system (Controlled Mechanical Ventilation) thanks to the simple installation in the distribution boxes for an air flow rate of up to 500 m3/h. The operation can be continuous or in cycles, depending on the connection.

    The ducts and fittings of the PLAST line can be used in all residential ventilation systems, both in single flow systems and in dual flow systems with heat recovery.They represent the ideal solution in environments with reduced installation spaces, both in individual homes and in collective systems.The fittings are simple to assemble to the ducts and are equipped with a gasket which guarantees a class D seal.The mechanical seal is guaranteed by the fixing clips placed on the ends of the fittings.

    Upon request, PLAST is available in a version with antibacterial treatment.
