A first of its kind for DCC and the federal government, DCC will use an integrated project deliver (IPD) contract with DND to construct several single-storey buildings for the Royal Canadian Dragoons at CFB Petawawa, Ontario.

DCC has contracted and managed construction of the docking and refueling station in Nunavut, along the north shore of Baffin Island. It will serve as a docking station for military, civilian and Government of Canada vessels.D

DCC is helping manage one of the largest environmental clean-ups ever undertaken by DND—reducing or eliminating the potential risks of contaminated areas at 5 Wing Goose Bay. More than 50 contracts have been awarded to address in excess of 100 individual contamination sites.D

DCC manages the contracts for health care facilities at Bases and Wings across Canada that provide integrated medical, dental, physiotherapy and mental health services to CAF personnel. The facilities help members more easily access the care they need.D

DCC supports CAF infrastructure requirements in the North, including managing a five-year facilities maintenance and support services contract covering 80 buildings in forward-operating locations and communities. D

An all-weather jetty for the berthing of operational vessels, DCC is managing the construction of the new concrete jetty that will be approximately 247-m long and 29-m wide with a water depth of 12 metres.D

DCC coordinates the removal of unexploded explosive ordnance (UXO) and manages active range clearance at sites across Canada. Located in a remote area, about 1,500 UXO were identified at the Goose Bay Practice Target Area clearance site.D

CFHA maintains, manages and allocates residential housing units for DND. DCC contracts for and manages the construction and maintenance of accommodations for CAF members and their families at military bases and wings across Canada.D
