• Justification:– “Exchange of knowledge on the use of innovative
ICT tools to facilitate the transformation of statistics into knowledge” (MoU INTOSAI-OCDE, 2009).
– “Promotion of partnerships (…) with other organizations and academic/research institutions (…) consistent with INTOSAI’s independence requirements” (Task Force’s ToR, 2011).

1. Identification of the most relevant themes and pertinent variables
• Gathering of data from SAIs.• Publication of information for use by all INTOSAI
members and general public.
2. Development of a user-friendly tool
• Stemming from the approved themes and variables.• Measures for its timely completion. • Basis for the SAIs’ information database.
3. Drafting of a comprehensive survey
• Strengthening of the TF’s impact and benefits to SAIs.• Awareness raising.
4. Dissemination of the Task Force’s activities and products
• Smooth operation of the Task Force’s products.• Transfer of responsibilities after completing the mission.5. Administrative Arrangements
