PETROLEUM CLUB OF ROMANIA

In 2010 the Petroleum Club of Romania (PCoR) continued to serve its

members by developing new initiatives and by increasing membership. Our

organization sought to make the Club more active by offering more effective

support to members’ respective businesses. The Petroleum Club retained its

vision, i.e. to be:

• The platform for the exchange of new ideas that benefit the Oil & Gas industry as

a whole

• A facilitator of oil industry companies interaction by providing

information and opportunities to develop business relationship at all

levels

• A provider of legislative and commercial issues

• The social meeting ground for major players in the energy industry

Since the last General Assembly our association

has concentrated upon the following target lines of

Drilling and Production Servicing Seminar 2nd edition

Program: An oil & gas seminar dedicated to the E&P sector of the industry.

Changes in the Statutes

Corporate entity members shall pay an annual fee of 500 EUROS. The companies with more than 500 employees will pay an annual membership fee of 1000 EUROS.

CHAPTER III – ORGANIZATION AND

The values of membership fees in Article 12,
