They will help lead us in worship and accompany the choir. Playing in the Quartet are: Vinicius Sant'ana and Roy Meyer (violin), Blakeley Menghini (viola), and Ryan Louie (cello). Known hospitalized this week is Pete Blashka at Veterans Hospital in Milwaukee. Again this year, the Unga Bunga Tribe Youth Group will be will be completing the 30 Hour Famine. They will begin their fast at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 22, and end with a simple supper break at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, February 23. This year the funds will be donated to the Presbyterian Pantry. On Saturday, February 23, the Deacons will be serving dinner at St. Johns Homeless Shelter. The youth will be cutting the vegetables. We just need two more servers to be at First Pres by 4:45 p.m. to load up the food and proceed to St. Johns. Look for the sign up on the bulletin board in the hallway. Next Sunday, February 24, is the Annual Congregational Meeting. There are copies of the 2018 Financial Report/2019 Budget available from the ushers after worship. February 24 at 3:05 p.m. at the Resch Center, join us for the 2019 Green Bay Blizzard Faith and Fellowship Game! For each $15 ticket purchased through our church, $15 will be donated to Feed My Starving Children Mobilepack. This offer is not valid at the box office. Tickets must be ordered and requested through our church. Talk to Kirke Ryder to purchase tickets. Each year the winner of the Augusta Jeffrey Award will designate an honor gift to the area of ministry in which the church is engaged that they deem most worthy.
