Wednesday Nights Going Strong! Summer is flying by and Trinity is abuzz with action. Wednesday Night worship and activities are being well attended and enjoyed! On average, thirty-five people have been meeting for worship at 6:30pm, nineteen for Zumba and ten for Yoga at 7pm. There have been a few walkers each night and always room for more. Folks participating in Zumba and Yoga report making new friends and feeling better and healthier. Worship has been spirit filled and a wonderful way to stay in tune with God as we journey through our week. If you haven’t made it to a Wednesday night, please plan on it. Also, look for more information to come regarding a potluck celebration on August 24. Come and connect with your sisters and brothers and have some fun. Well a blog is an interactive website where notes, messages, po-ems and inspirational stories can be shared. It is an online media that allows users to post those ponderings that come during devotions, first cup of coffee or really anytime we are inspired. If you already are a blogger, check us out at http://trinitymidland.blogspot.com/ If you are not a blogger and are interested in learning more about this communication tool, see or email Pastor Chuck or one of our wonderful staff for more info. To see updates and hear from Mis-sion Trip participants, keep checking the Trinity Blog. Simply go to our website www.tlcmidland.org and click on the word ―blog‖ in the upper right hand corner. The blog is a great way to find out what is going on with these groups as they are off serving in the mission field.

NEEDED... Office Volunteers Have you noticed how there is a smiling voice answering the church office telephones? We couldn’t do that without you! We need more volunteers to help out one morning or afternoon once a week, once every other week, or once a month. We get a lot of telephone calls in a day and it’s a great help to the office staff to have a volunteer answering the telephones, allowing them to do their work uninterrupted. Please give Carol Kuhlman a call (689-4280, 631-0692 or 430-0502) or email ([email protected]) if you have any questions or are interested in helping us out. Drivers We are having more people that would appreciate a ride to church. For some that trip to church is their only activity for the week. If you would be interested in getting on a call list to provide someone a ride to church or to a church activity please contact Carol Kuhlman at 631-0692, or 689-4280 or 430-0502. If you would prefer email – [email protected].

MEALS OF GRACE….Have you ever wanted to give a home-made meal to a friend who is having a bad day; a family whose loved one just returned from the hospital; the elderly neighbors who have a hard time getting to the grocery store? Well, now you can! A group of women here at Trinity, cook and package individual meals once a month and freeze them for people to come and take when needed. All that is asked is that you indicate on the form on the freezer door what meal you take and your name—it’s that easy! If you have any questions, please contact Lauri Mastic at 631-7958.
