Youth Ministry Missions Trip 2016( 9th – 12th Grade Members Only) to Nassau, Bahamas: FMZ Missionaries (Youth and Chaperones) will meet in the Lecture Hall March 13th at 1PM.
Youth Ministry First Friday: There will be no First Friday in April due to the High School Retreat. We will see you on May 6th for “O Taste and See”.
Youth (High School) Retreat: The 2016 Youth(9th thru 12th Graders) Retreat has been scheduled for April 1-2 at the Nation-al 4H Center in Chevy Chase, MD. With its roots in 1st Timothy 4:8, the Retreat's focus, "Cross Training Exercises for Spir-itual Athletes,” seeks to edify, engage and encourage young believers in Christ. Title: Receptionist: First Mount Zion Baptist Church is seeking a Receptionist who will represent the Church as the first point of contact for members and guests who visit and/or call the Church. The Re-ceptionist is responsible for all front-desk administrative support to include the fol-lowing primary duties: operating the tele-phone switchboard; updating and main-taining the Church calendar, and manag-ing requests to use the building for ministry activities. The position is full-time at 40 hours per week, M-F; 8:30-5:00pm; and is classified as hourly, non-exempt. Post offer the applicant must be able to pass a criminal background check and provide documentation required for verification of employment eligibility.
