please read the schedule and understand all the guidelines indicated below:

a. Please prepare six thousand pesos (P6,000.00) for the medical screening.b. Kindly READ AND FULLY UNDERSTANDthe criteria for qualification and disqualification for admission to the PMMA

as a probationary midshipman/woman.

c. Bring the following during the medical screening: Any valid identificationDrivers License/Recent School I.D./Passport/NBI Clearance. Photocopy of your I.D.

NO I.D., NO EXAM

Black ball pen and pencil P6,000 examination fees (estimated fees)

d. Reminders Be on time. You have to be at the Medical Clinic/Hospital of your choice between 6:00-7:30am or earlier. Wear casual clothes (Sleeveless shirt, Short pants and slippers are not allowed). You are only allowed to take the examination ONCE. Violation of this policy will be a ground for your disqualification.
