Our FIRM represents MR. JUAN DELA CRUZ, of 153 Alvarez St., Malaban, Binan City, Laguna. He is your creditor for the amount of Php 15,000.On 20 November 2015, our client has informed us of the loan he has granted to you and the incident of the failure to pay for three (3) consecutive months. You have failed to abide by the Agreement signed by you and the creditor to pay Php 5,000 per month. However, despite earnest efforts to communicate and locate you for a clearer transaction, our client has failed to talk to you and possibly settle the remaining balance due upon him.Thus, it has come to our attention that you are in default of payment for the months of August, September and October of 2015 which has the amount of P5,000 a month plus the remaining balance of the debt which totals to Php 50,000.Hence, FORMAL DEMAND is being made upon your person to pay the balanced amount ten (10) days from receipt hereof, or else, we shall be constrained to file the necessary criminal action in court.
