Evaluation of the Brazil-UNICEF Trilateral South-South Cooperation Programme

This evaluation will be conducted by Articulação Sul, a think tank based in São Paulo, Brazil, and coordindated by Dr. Melissa Pomeroy. The evaluation is commissioned by UNICEF Brazil Country Office and the Brazilian Agency of Cooperation. Invitation to Participate & Purpose

You are being invited to participate in evaluating the Brazil-UNICEF Trilateral South-South Cooperation Programme. Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to consider participation. Voluntary Participation

Your participation in this evaluation is completely voluntary and you may withdraw your consent to participate at any time during the process. If you choose to do so, any information derived from your participation will be deleted from the evaluations findings. Methods/Procedures

The methods of data collection for this study will be workshops and individual interviews. The sessions will be audio-recorded and they will also be documented via typed-up interviewer notes. Records and notes are to be used and consulted exclusively by the independent evaluation team and will not be shared with the evaluation commissioners. The audio-records and notes will be deleted once the final evaluation report is published. Confidentiality

If you choose to participate, your contribution will be anonymised, and you will be identified in the transcript using a code rather than your name. The code identification list will be stored separately from the transcripts and only the evaluation team will have access to them. All findings used in any written reports or publications which result from this evaluation project will be reported in aggregate form with no identifying information. It is, however useful to use direct quotes to more clearly capture the meanings in reporting the findings from this form of evaluation. You will be asked at the end of the interview or workshop if there is anything you said which you do not want included as a quote, and we will ensure that they are not used. Risks and Inconveniences

Evaluation of the Brazil-UNICEF Trilateral South-South Cooperation Programme

This evaluation will be conducted by Articulação Sul, a think tank based in São Paulo, Brazil, and coordindated by Dr. Melissa Pomeroy. The evaluation is commissioned by UNICEF Brazil Country Office and the Brazilian Agency of Cooperation. Invitation to Participate & Purpose

You are being invited to participate in evaluating the Brazil-UNICEF Trilateral South-South Cooperation Programme. Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to consider participation. Voluntary Participation

Your participation in this evaluation is completely voluntary and you may withdraw your consent to participate at any time during the process. If you choose to do so, any information derived from your participation will be deleted from the evaluations findings. Methods/Procedures

The methods of data collection for this study will be workshops and individual interviews. The sessions will be audio-recorded and they will also be documented via typed-up interviewer notes. Records and notes are to be used and consulted exclusively by the independent evaluation team and will not be shared with the evaluation commissioners. The audio-records and notes will be deleted once the final evaluation report is published. Confidentiality

If you choose to participate, your contribution will be anonymised, and you will be identified in the transcript using a code rather than your name. The code identification list will be stored separately from the transcripts and only the evaluation team will have access to them. All findings used in any written reports or publications which result from this evaluation project will be reported in aggregate form with no identifying information. It is, however useful to use direct quotes to more clearly capture the meanings in reporting the findings from this form of evaluation. You will be asked at the end of the interview or workshop if there is anything you said which you do not want included as a quote, and we will ensure that they are not used. Risks and Inconveniences

There are no anticipated physical risks to participants.
